Great PC. I am not super Technical, but I bought this as an upgrade for use with my Cricut and am very pleased. Convinced my friend to buy one and she loves her too.

Beautiful display, fast performance, and very smooth as a 2-in-1. The touchscreen and flip design are great for both work and casual use, and it handles multitasking easily. Sleek, lightweight for its size, and the battery life has been solid so far. Very happy with this purchase.

Been using it for about a moth has decent battery life considering how long I'm using it each day, but could be better. Loads my schoolwork quickly most of the time but can buffer occasionally. Downside is it updates very often so that can be annoying, but overall very good.

Really great laptop, the speed compared to my old one is amazing! Best Buy gives you great values, when you need to replace your old laptop go there first!

The Ryzen 5 chip is extremely fast, system boots up quickly. Did not transfer anything over from my Win 10 laptop except some data files. The reason for 4 stars was that there is no right side number keypad. Had to buy a wireless keypad. I do a lot of number crunching (accounting business). The horizontal numbers aren't as easy to use as the side keypad. Didn't notice this b/4 buying. But, still a great buy for the price. Geek Sqd set it up. Rdy to go after a couple of hrs.

I bought the product without any hassle. They helped me choose exactly what I needed, and once I got home, the product turned out to be great easy, intuitive, and reliable. On top of that, I have the peace of mind of knowing it’s protected in case of damage or if there’s anything I’m not sure how to use.

Great computer if you like the immersion of AI. Not a fan of HP but this is the type anyone would enjoy. Great aesthetics design, looked all metal with crisp sound system. Fast and bright screen

This is a really well-made laptop, much better than my previous one. I especially like how strong the hinges are for flipping it back. What I don't like is how everything is about making money now. They could at the very least load new laptops with basic office apps like Word. And the tech kind of runs away from you, taking actions I didn't authorize. I really wish these companies would pay more attention to human design. But that's true of all of them, not just this one. Overall, this is a really well-built model. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was too big and heavy for my needs as a senior. But I would buy a smaller one if a sale becomes available.

This laptop appears to be working well. I love that it doesnt have the side numbers, so the keyboard is centered when i use it.

Absolutely love this item so far. Great screen ratio and volume. Battery life is exactly how I want it: It Lasts! I was afraid to buy it due to a lot of comments about the keyboard, but I don't really have an issue with it. Let's see how it'll perform in 6 months!

I really enjoy this laptop. The screen is a good size at 16" giving you plenty of screen to be able to multitask without it feeling cramp. The only thing I wish it had as maybe a light up keyboard but other than that I enjoy using the laptop.

I got a great deal on this during a Black Friday sale. It replaced a 12" laptop and I love the 16" touchscreen. I bought it to mainly use when traveling but I find myself using it a lot at home, too. This is a really nice laptop for the price.

Super easy purchase and a great deal on this HP laptop. I love the flexibility of both a solid laptop, but also doubles as a tablet. I'm eager to use this on my next flight as my Samsung tablet no longer works on AA airliners. I'm very happy with the purchase a couple weeks in!
