    I was expecting a great computer, it's ok and I'll keep it but the keypad sticks, sometimes I have to hit the return a couple times, along with the letters etc. Just expected a great keyboard

    It meets my expectations for the price point. Metal chassis is nice and sturdy. Heat dissipation is not that bad. However, it is pretty heavy so not ideal for a portable laptop. Display should be 2k but not that great. Quick start and easy shutdown.

    I don't like a small keyboard and make sure u get a flasdrive or usb because when it comes to school and downloading books it not enough room or storagealso was suppose to have free virus protection and geek squad was suppose to make sure it was all on there with the price i paid and it saying need virus protection it ran out after 30 days i was told after a uear

    Overall the computer works well. The A button doesn’t work 100% of the time and the battery doesn’t last that long. Overall it’s fine though.

    It's an okay computer. I'm annoyed that they replaced the right CTRL with a key to activate copilot. I had to make several adjustments to get rid of the unwanted key assignment and get a fully functional right CTRL again.
