I would NEVEŔ EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!! I HAVE A POLICE INVESTIGATION IN PROCESS OVER A DELIVERY FROM ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS, AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND YET. THIS HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! Delivered outside my apt 10pm at night.....for anyone to steal and refused to refund my money for a Brand new Lap Top!!!!!!!!! I am going to SUE THEM!!!!

This computer sucks!! Its always glitching. Hello Id broke after the 3rd day. System is always showing errors and I always have to reset my passcodes and reset the conputer. I had it for 11 days!!!!!

I got this for my girlfriend as she needed a new laptop and she works remotely, we love the keypad first of all, it is so different from the common style of keypads that we have in Dell or Lenovo laptops. The screen is perfect, not too small and not too big. The touch screen is so cool and that it is very convenient as well that you can flip and fold and that it can function as a usual tablet. The RAM and the memory capacity is just about right for daily office work and the resolution is fantastic and the battery lasts longer than my Dell!!! And best of all, I got this for a good price compared to the same specs that you can find in amazon!!!

The new Omni is quite a machine for the money retailing at $849. Lots of positive things about it, solidly made, the Ryzen 5 CPU is adequately fast for the casual user the display is very nice, has touch screen and backlit keyboard adding premium value and more usability to your purchase. Battery life is good. The stereo sound speakers are very nice. On sale I paid $551 which for a backlit keyboard machine was a good price. Best buy doubles the factory 1 year warranty to 2 years, that is exceptional and makes it worth buying at this retailer. The Best buy tech chat was efficient and was able to help me with set up questions to their credit! Cons: The machines a little heavy at 4.2 pounds, but that means its more solidly built too. The keyboard is not the best for my typing with the caps key set too close to the "A" key for my taste, but I believe in time I will adapt to the new feel. There is no SD card slot of any kind, which I miss, but you can just use a USB card adapter to overcome this deficiency. Those are the only negatives I have, its overall a great machine and I am happy with my decision to purchase this unit. Computer speed and display are nice. I don't like the keyboard, the keys are too close together and I keep mis-keying things, frustrating. Also, it is a bit heavy.

I recently purchased the HP Omni Laptop from Best Buy, and it has been an amazing investment. This laptop works very well, with a great display and keyboard. However both the machine and the cord are heavier than expected. The 2 charging ports are convenient! However the bottom of the laptop gets quite hot when using the fast charging port. Overall, worth the money, since I purchased it on sale.

This computer is easy to use. It has a slender profile and is lightweight. The screen is crisp and the processor is fast.

Very sturdy unit - heavier than expected, making it less enjoyable to place on my lap to use in any configuration. I love the touch screen and the fact that the hinges seem strong, which was a main reason for purchasing a new laptop (the hinges on my existing HP 17 inch laptop with a DVD drive are broken so that I cannot close it, making it more of a desktop than a portable unit). I was able to turn off the touch pad so that I could type on the keyboard without constantly moving the cursor unintentionally. A drawback is that it doesn't come with a numeric keypad which I find very useful, but everything is a trade off. I would recommend this unit if you can get it for the price I paid ($499.99) with a Best Buy CC, allowing for zero % financing if paid off in 12 months.

Love this laptop! As a nursing student the 2-in-1 feature is very convenient for studying, lectures and taking notes (as well as couch rotting on those rare days I don’t have any school work). On downside I will mention is the weight, it is around 4lbs so nothing unmanageable just heavier than I am used to in a laptop but I presume that is normal with 2-in-1 style laptops.

The HP OmniBook X Flip 2-in-1 works fast and smoothly, with great overall performance. The battery life is decent and lasts a good amount of time, though it doesn’t really feel like it can reach the full claimed duration. One thing I find missing is an additional keyboard option, which would have made it more versatile. Other than that, it’s a solid device with a nice display and reliable build quality.

Overall it's very good. 2 very little things that might not matter to everyone. 1. it's a bit heavier than my last laptop. 2. no number keypad, which I can learn to live without. I do love the flip option!!! It's my 1st on that can do that! The price I paid for what I got was phenomenal! Thanks Best Buy!!

So far working good, fast and screen resolution and sound are very good. Only problem with heat producing while charging. Otherwise its good. Backup is awesome.
