I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Serves as both a laptop and tablet. Has all the latest technology needed for modern use such as Copilot which is a very user friendly built in AI system (first time user). Device seems well built and of good quality. The process responds quickly. Would definitely recommend for school or work.

An excellent computer with full power, looks very nice and its so practical to leave anywhere. I really like the design and the easy way to transform it into a "tablet". A powerful option to complete my kids' work and also for some applications what I need for my work.

This pc is fast and helps me connect with my students in so many ways. I can flip the screen to a more lap top mode to write on it like a white board or to annotate a diagram, while standing next to what can be considered "challenging" students, take attendance, and send a quick canvas update for an assignment. It's heavier than a tablet to be sure, but a small av cart makes it easy to zip around for my special education aide,

The laptop is good for the price, my needs are modest, my only concern was not being informed the data transfer was a multi day event. Ended up wasting a lot of time. Best buy needs to ensure clear expectations rather than go make an appointment.

like it easy to use, big letters nice color.il like the touch screen. I had a desktop but like the laptop so move around where you need it. very convenient.

Very excellent display crisp clear love that its touch screen however its definitely too big and if i have it in folded into tablet mode and it falls asleep while i reading my ebook for class I have alittle trouble trying to figure out how to wake the screen. So i need to find a tutorial. Got it on sale when was about $400 off so it was worth it

When I purchased this laptop, I did not realize it "flips" into a tablet style device. The screen adjusts to the way you are holding it like a phone. You can write or draw with a stylus in certain programs. Very versatile. Battery life is very good so far.

So far its exactly as expected. Quick easy operation and the touch screen is very responsive. Very happy with purchase. Only thing of note as others have mentioned is the weight of the laptop. It weighs a bit more than you would expect but not a big deal to me.

I'm giving this 4 stars because so far so good but I just recently purchased it and hopeful I won't have any problems. It was very easy to set up. I would have liked a keyboard with a number pad but that's just a preference. It's a bit heavier than I would have liked for a laptop but still loving it.

This was gifted to my dad and he has no complaints after upgrading storage to 2tb (was pretty easy to do, only 1 m.2 slot though). Build quality is great and ai features are pretty neat. Best like has to be the battery life I'm sure it can last all day under load.

I have been using HP Omni book x flip last few days, and I'm really happy with it. The screen is big and looks great for both work and watching videos. I like the 2 in one design because I can flip it into tablet mode when needed. the battery easily lasts through my day; overall, it's reliable and comfortable to use that I enjoying using every day

I most admit I really love this laptop. I wanted AMD processor with 16 gb ram and 512gb storage and touch screen. The only thing I have a little problem with is the keyboard, it is not backlit, other than that it is great. And I got it for $499.

Powerful laptop, well made for a good price. Need a Win 11 laptop for Turbo Tax, Screen excellent, keyboard resposive. Only slight drawback is the weight. Have not tried to use it as a tablet but will soon. 16 gig memory fine, 512gig storage also fine for me. I'm an old Intel warrior but am impressed so far with the AMD rysen processor

I'm absolutely in love with this new HP - OmniBook laptop model. And I also greatly enjoyed the awesome discount sale deal I got for this new laptop that was almost 1/2 off normal retail price. It's a good upgrade for the Dell Laptop I traded in for it too that was running the old expired Windows 10 operating system on it. So far, the laptop runs and operates very well for me and I'm looking forward to using this laptop the next few years, and hoping it remains in excellent shape over time. Thank you - Best Buy for this great sale deal!

For the value this is a great laptop. It does everything I need to from running multiple applications of email, excel and internet.
