Wife loved this laptop said it was her favorite all time. Recently broke it and having a hard time trying to find another one

Needed a new laptop as my current Lenovo one kept crashing. Using it for work and it works fine, like that there is a privacy camera. Will not work well for too many heavy tasks like it will slow down. I am not sure if the hinges are durable but I do not flip it often for work. Also, does not come with a stylus pen.

This is a great laptop! I use mine everyday for my small business. I am on Zoom calls at least 3-5 hours per day and do a lot of administrative tasks, this laptop does not disappoint!

I’m very pleased with the laptop so far, and was also especially impressed and appreciative of the in-store assistance. Having only used computers at work, I was really overwhelmed at the choices there are, and being over 50 doesn’t help. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable and patient (even when I needed him to repeat something!), and helped me drill down to the device and services that I think will meet all my personal needs. He was also sure to provide info for f/u questions I may have. The store seems very efficient and well-organized (to even have some re-modeling going on), and it was a very positive experience!

Purchased this because Windows 10 on my old laptop was being phased out. The Geek squad transferred everything from my old laptop to this new one. I am happy with this purchase as it is easy to use and I am getting used to it. It has alot of features that I will probably never use, but so far it appeas to be user-friendly. I would recommend this laptop!

This laptop is heavier than my last HP laptop. It holds a half terabyte and half that capacity was filled with the copy over of two low capacity laptops. I wanted a 1 terabyte laptop, but was persuaded that this laptop was the way to go. It was hard to find copied over items, but after Total Tech set up, the laptop synced well with iPhone and iCloud email almost effortlessly. The battery life is amazing because my last HP laptop would only hold a charge for about two hours. Overall I am pleased with it.

Great computer for the price. Light for traveling, yet sturdy for daily use. Lots of new features with windows compared to my old computer. Perfect amount of memory storage and processing speed. I highly recommend this computer.

Easy setup and ready to go. The backlit keyboard is very nice and the "23-hour" battery life is excellent! First time with Windows 11 home, but seems intuitive and similar to 10. This HP Omnibook-X is fast!

We absolutely love this laptop. Its touchscreen and doubles as a tablet which is perfect for just about any work or educational purpose.

i love the feel of this laptop very much. i don't have any complaints and love how fast the processing on it is. great laptop for daily work and amazing for fun as well. screen quality is lovely for gaming also.

Spectacular computer, interesting and entertaining, good screen resolution, beautiful

It's a little confusing to set up, but thankfully Geeksquad was able to help me through the process and now it is so much better for doing my work. The sound from the speakers is so much better and I don't need external speakers anymore. Love the graphics too. So much more crisp.

Absolutely love my new laptop! I was always a MacBook fan, but mine crapped out on me, and this has been the best possible replacement! I’m a teacher and I’m planning a wedding, so it is working hard and working well! Would definitely buy again!
