by far not the best laptop i have had , downloads and uploads are slow

Nice unit. Sound is good. Haven’t tried the touch screen.

The screen could be brighter. Other than that, it appears to be a solid device.

Battery backup is very very poor , in just 1.30 hrs it came down to 50 percent where only software was getting installed.and no video playback

Bought this refurbished laptop and on occasion it will go black and has to be restarted. Wish I bought new instead

Had to return the item--the product I looked at in the store, and that I thought I had purchased, had a number pad, but the item that was shipped arrived two days late, and did not have a number pad.

Sleek design, loving the dual function of a laptop and tablet, very powerful machine, good graphics. Overall very happy with it for daily use. Would recommend a stylus.

This computer is brand new and more laggy and problematic than my 2016 asus laptop. The camera recognzies my face 30% of the time which ia sheer stupidity. When i look at processes, there are a ton of useless HP nonsense open that you cant end. I have to reboot this thing every 2 days, which i didnt need to do with the asus. I also get nonstop alerts for garbage people dont want or need. I wanted an upgrade and i paid a grand for a lateral move at best.
