I'm very pleased with my purchase. This laptop makes it possible for me to work on the road. The 16" display screen, 32GB RAM and the 2TB of storage space is perfect for on the road processing.

Big difference from my HP chromebook. I use it daily for work and I love that this can keep up with me. Battery is good, the speed is amazing. I do not really see the use for AI yet as I just do not think it is practical for my personal use as of yet.

Great all around laptop for the price. I would opt for the Ultra 7 and Nvidia graphics card if you want to use it for games or other higher demand applications. For my usage it's great. Laptop is lightweight, quiet and doesn't get hot.

The computer has everything I want, high capacity, excellent speed, and excellent memory. The core ultra nine processor is lightning fast. Excellent machine for the money.

Love this laptop! It runs seamlessly and the colors are great! Editing photos has been wonderful on it so far. Nice and light weight. Only complaint is the keyboard is clunky and slightly off center. Miss-typing is a common occurrence

I recently purchased this laptop from Best Buy and overall I’m very happy with it. The setup was quick, and the system runs smoothly for browsing, streaming, and work tasks. The screen is bright and clear, and the keyboard feels comfortable to type on.

I replaced an HP Spectre 2-in-1 3K Touchscreen EVO platform Core i7 16GB memory 512 GB laptop with this HP-OmniBook X Flip model. The OmniBook X loads a lot faster, and all programs run more smoothly with the AI Copilot+ that is built in.

Very excited about this new computer. Works so much faster than my old computer! Great screen. Looks like I'll be good for another 10 years, I hope!

Laptop bang for the bucks! 3k OLED with latest Intel 9 with 2tb memory. Great laptop. Perfect for videos or doing work on laptop.

This is a excellent laptop the big screen it so bright and colorful love the touch screen and how it folds from laptop to tablet love having all this storage on it feels like I’m never gonna run out of space.. Best Buy eve

Got my last laptop stolen, so I decided to buy a quick replacement. Went with a cheaper one originally which I ended up having to return because it just didn't perform add I needed it to. I found this one on sale, so I went for it. It has been s dream of a machine. It does everything o need it to do and then some. I know I don't use it to its full capacity/potential, but even for the smaller tasks that I use it for, it just handles without a hiccup. It doesn't hesitate to perform any task that I throw its way. I am very happy with this computer. 100% recommend.

Great Laptop was able to snag this while it was on sale. Very smooth, beautiful oled display, this isn’t a gaming computer but can still get the job done if you are into that. Overall so far 9/10

Product was as expected. Lightweight, touchscreen and plenty of memory. One glitch kept me from rating it as 5. Similar to a previous PC product, after 2 weeks and software updates, I am unable to use face ID. I've tried 3 different "repairs" without success. It's easy to enter numeric code, so not a functional issue.

The first one I had was running hot and the fan was constantly running, which made the battery life really bad. It finally stopped working and would just freeze or reboot itself or the screen went black. I guess I had a lemon. Best buy was really good and offered an exchange. The 2nd one is quiet and the fan rarely runs which is a nice change. The temps are also not too hot which is helping the fan not run as much which is helping the battery life, but still testing. The OLED screen is very reflective and will probably buy an anti-glare screen cover for it as it's giving me some eye strain. The speakers are weak and only 2 of them down-firing near the front of the computer and lack bass, so the grill holes up top are deceiving and are just probably for air flow. I do enjoy the keyboard even though its flat and zero lattice, but still I favor that as used one of the new XPS's for a while. The trackpad is very responsive and works good and is mechanical, not huge and not too small, just right. In short... 4/5. If the speakers were good it would be a 5/5 for me.

keyboard action smooth and clear. Screen image and motion good. Sound a little tinny but works. I am use to the update process with windows based computers so no surprises. I like wireless keyboard with mouse - not supplied. I like disk/card reader/writer - not supplied, Speed of system impressive but doesn’t wow. For my sale price and need my new PC does the job I plan to keep this one for a long while I have come to expect strong support and backing from BBY/HP as in the past. I recommend this system at a fair price. Good luck
