Seems to work fine. It was easy working with the sales person. He was knowledgeable and professional.

I was looking to upgrade my old PC, but when I read the spec's of this device and the sales price it was a not brainer, Only downside was the transfer of files and outlook data files, this required the Geek Squad Rep some time in changing some of the default settings. Additionally, the COPILOT popups during my settings is a nuisance as I don't want to use this APP.

Remarkable quiet while in use. I like having the multiple USB port on the front, it's easier to additional devices like a DVD player or card reader. Unlike others, I seem to have problems with slow responses when working on two things at the same time with this computer to the point I'm regretting the selection.

Product was easy to set up and improved our system.

Cannot upgrade to a gaming PC. I guess 2025 and new stuffs with W11 makes it harder to just upgrade regular desktop PC. I did return it and just bought the gaming pc on sale. But the price of this PC for the specs was amazing when on sale.

So far this computer has been easy to setup and use. The salesman who helped us decide was amazing and knew what he was doing.

Purchased this for my wife. I'm very familiar with the HP Desktops (have used them myself for years) so this was easy to set up for her and she loves it!

it's all I expected in a new computer..faster, more efficient. still getting used to Windows 11. But overall very pleased with my purchase.
