The first one we got didn’t work so we returned it and exchanged it for another one and the SAME thing happened, the 2nd one DID NOT WORK. Best Buy won’t let me return it because I called them on day 15 and told them it didn’t work but that I couldn’t make it to the store in 30min. before they closed and asked if I could return it the next day and was told NO beca It would be ONE DAY over the 15 Day return policy. Even though you sold me 2 BAD machines you wouldn’t give me one extra day to return YOUR ROTTEN PRODUCT!!!!! I’m not paying for this, I told the woman on the phone that this was bought on a Best Buy CC and I’m not going to pay it so they should just take it back and refund my money but she wouldn’t do it. This store is not good selling 2 BAD products in a row!!

I actually returned this item to exchange for a mini PC. This one turned out too big for my desktop.

Difficult to navigate for easy instructions. I had to call for help and then it was incomplete. I'm not satisfied with the product and also find it to be much slower than my previous desktop, an ASU.

I've had this computer since the end of November. I went to turn it on yesterday and it doesn't work. I barely used this computer, I only use it for bill paying and a couple of worksheets I do monthly. My son knows what's wrong with it but HP won't send the $15 part and now the computer is to be mailed back and wait 2 weeks before they will return it.
