This computer does not work with linux, which is a first in over 20 years (tried several distros). A linux install hangs right after booting, and requires disabling the ACPI to continue. Given this issue has already been raised in the HP forums and isn't fixed, it's not worth getting.

Would not turn on after a few days of buying. I tried everything.

they have lost all my pitchers when they download all my files to my new computer and i am still having problem getting it to come on to my monitor

This computer sucks. I purchased it for work. I had to return the first one because it was constantly making a loud noise. The replacement is not much better. It takes about 5 seconds for it to open or save a file. The first one did not have that issue. I will not be buying an HP in the future.

The computer has shut down unexpectantly several times in the few weeks we have had it. Sometimes the monitor goes black first, it then automatically restarts. I've tried different power strip, no power strip and updated any hardware driver I could find, piece of junk.

We had major problems with keyboard not working. We are on the third keyboard, still intermintant issues with not being able to type. Geek squad worked two hours on the first keyboard, told us we have to go to HP. After three hours with HP customer support, we demanded to claim warranty. HP said that we couldn't get a replacement til mid December.

It was a good value for the price. Salesman was knowledgeable.

Always restarting and unable to exit sleep mode without restart

Didn't work fot me. Returned it. Couldn't use it. Brought it back.

Does not support dual monitor. This is a huge deal,

The in-store service was good. However the phone service was horrible. The problem was and is you can't call the store for service.

If i did not use computer , I can't review it. h/p DOES NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It always goes into bit locker and it is so slow..

Excellent equipment, awesome professional personnel

This desktop is great for schoolwork and businesses. other than that, this is not a gaming desktop if you are going to play intense games on it. i tried to play Skyrim just to see how it plays and it was not smooth enough to enjoy so i will stick to doing schoolwork on this desktop.

Very pleased with the Hp computer I purchased from Best Buy. The price was reasonable since it was on sale.
