I’ve been using this desktop for a little while now, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall performance. The setup process was simple and straightforward, and the included keyboard and mouse were a nice bonus to get started right away. What impressed me the most is how fast and smooth it runs, even with multiple programs open. Whether I’m browsing, streaming, or doing some light gaming, the speed and responsiveness are excellent. The cooling system also works quietly, so I can use it for long hours without distraction. The sleek and compact design looks great on my desk and doesn’t take up much space. It also has plenty of USB ports, which makes it convenient for connecting devices. Overall, this desktop is a great value for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable computer for home, work, or school. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made recently!

The geek squad transferred my data and special programs from my old desktop. What an improvement from my old and obsolete desktop! It takes up less space, is quieter, and is a lot faster.

I needed a simple and inexpensive computer for business work (no gaming). For that purpose this fit the bill nicely since I bought it on sale. I was a bit frustrated in the beginning because the wireless connection to failed several times a day and would either require a network reset, or a reboot, both worked. After a little research I discovered that my wireless NIC was not waking up properly after sleep. So I simply told the wireless connection not to go to sleep even if the computer did and I have not had a problem since. A previous HP PC I bought was filled with bloatware, this one had none :)

I have not had any problems. It turns right on and is fast. Very easy to use and a great bang for your buck. My son used for virtual school and I use for work. Great home computer!

I bought this on sale and think it was an excellent buy. I like that the main components are more modern than many computers that I see. CPU: 8000 series and DDR5 RAM. Intel has had problems with its latest CPU's so I wanted AMD. The computer runs fine as is but expansion is limited. The RAM has an available slot so you can easily add another 16GB. For storage, there are no bays in the case for a SSD or available M.2 connectors. I added a PCI-E x1 to M.2 adapter card and put a NVMe M.2 SSD on the adapter for a second hard drive. I liked that there was not a lot of bloatware preinstalled on the computer. HP's diagnostic seem simple and good but they are always trying to up-sell something. My first HP computer but I would buy it again (on sale).

Works great for our needs. Looking for desk top definitely the one to get.

It's been a while since I worked with a HP laptop or desktop and this experience was exceptional. The desktop had little to no bloatware, the tower is lightweight, has a relatively small footprint, and it super quiet. The machine seems to be quick and setup was super smooth with no issues. I would definitely purchase this product again if the need arises.

I purchased this HP OmniDesk with the AMD Ryzen 5 for one of my employees who needed something reliable and fast enough to handle multiple CRMs and sites at once. After consulting with one of the Best Buy reps, I decided to go with this model—and it’s been a great buy. It has just the right amount of power for multitasking throughout the day, and performance has been smooth and consistent. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a dependable work computer.

I am very impressed with this computer purchase compared to our previous computer. This computer turns on/off at the speed of light compared to our previous computer. It also runs extremely quiet. I’m sure there are things that it can do that I do not know or will ever know, but we are using it as a basic home computer. It is interesting nowadays that computers are lacking a dedicated pre-installed disc drive and microSD card readers, but such are the times I guess. Purchasing it from Best Buy, in the store, was a very smooth process. We have purchased many things from Best Buy over the years and plan on continuing.

I needed to upgrade from a 5 year old HP, which had started to show its age. This HP was very easy to set up, and it works just like my previous, only smoother, faster, & better. My only complaint is the cheapness of the included wireless keyboard & mouse.

The PC is compact and lightwieght. The price was worth it. The PC is fast and graphics are great

I use this PC for surfing, watching YouTube videos, word processing, spreadsheets , finances, and it has never missed a beat. It is fast and has had no issues with several windows open. Graphics look sharp. The supplied wireless keyboard and mouse are OK but could be better so I plan to upgrade those soon. Setup was easy.

So far, so good. I haven't purchased a tower in decades. Since they have made them more smaller and easier to store, I figured this will last me way longer with more storage and plenty of room for updates.

For a person who doesn't know much about computers, this time I chose a winner. This computer has it all. Plenty of ports to hook up all sorts of things, special instructions for setting up programs right on the computer, quick and easy set up, and smooth and fast action when changing between topics and/or activities! The cost was surely minimal for what you get and it works right out of the box. I bought it from Best Buy on line on a Saturday and had it the next day on Sunday; not two weeks later that I had to wait on another electronic device from Amazon!

I have only had this for 3 weeks, but it is working perfectly. It was easy to set up and is very fast. I would highly recommend.

Great computer ! Pretty easy to set up and get it going for my elderly parents. Windows 11 is great. Computer works great and is really fast. Very pleased and highly recommended.

I can’t say this was a smooth experience by any means, the product itself is great, but the series of events it took to get it out of the store was very disappointing, I’ll explain; I go to the store on a Sunday to computer shop, I took my old one with me because I wanted to get all my data transferred from the old to the new. A sales person grabbed me at the door and the process started, after picking out the PC I wanted he told me the transfer process would be over and I could pick up the computer the next day Monday, and I could check the status on the Best Buy app. So I open the app Monday morning and it hasn’t updated since I made the purchase, it just shows the machine has been accepted by the Geek Squad. I attempted to call the store, I get a call center, after being on hold for 30 minutes a person started telling me the exact same information I seen in the app, I asked to speck to a member of the Geek Squad, to which he replied this isn’t the store it’s a call center, the best way to check the status would be to go to the store. Two days later after hearing or seeing no updates I call again and actually got the store, I asked the status of my computer, she says it’ll be ready tomorrow what time can I come pick it up, I said morning, she says we have an opening at 2:30 PM, I said why do I have to make an appointment to pick up my computer, she says they’ll go over everything done to it with me, so I go in the next afternoon, employee brings the new machine to the counter with a paper for me to sign, I said this is a brand new machine where’s the box and paperwork? She comes back with the box, then I had to ask where my old machine was, she brings it back with the hard drive removed and the front falling off the machine, I said I didn’t bring it in that way could we please put it back together, so that got done. I wasn’t shown anything about the machine, I took it home and tried to wing it. Next day I had to unconnect everything and go back to Best Buy as some apps were missing, my mailbox wasn’t there and I had triple picture files and a Waring about exceeding my cloud space. So to shorten this a bit, we finally were able to get things figured out somewhat and the machine is back home and in service. Had to go back again as the software I purchased to get back my Excel and Word programs that for whatever reason they weren’t able to transfer from my old machine to the new one wasn’t working with the older programs, so they were successful it fixing that. Now I see my machine and the software are both on sale, I’m trying to figure out how to do the price match thing but can’t seem to figure that out either, sure would like to get some money back as the sale prices are much cheaper than what I paid the week before.

After getting the installation completed , I am pleased with the purchase. Admittedly, I did have problems with set up and had the Geek Squad come to my house for help
