The first computer that I purchased could not take my hard drive (no space for it). The HP that I then purchased was worked on my Geek Squad to move the hard drive. Turns out the drive was old enough that there was no way to connect. So after buying the SSD drive to replace the one in the new computer, Geek Squad got everything moved over. Great job!!!

Updating my desktop computer

But now that I’m on the other end of all the back and forth, the new hp desktop is 100% working great. The Geek Squad got it done! I’m pleased
