It’s great the value for this desktop computer is awesome. The help the store was great. I do not like that. You can’t call the store directly. That’s my only complaint for this whole process. The geek squad was extremely helpful. Also, the manager was pleasant nice and the guy that sold me the computer was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I needed to replace my tower in my system..I decided to just buy a new tower and keep everything else to keep the cost as low as possible. Since i had HP system,I chose to just get a HP tower and found one on sale and it was a OmniDesk desk top with 512 GB SSD I like it.

HP has been my go to brand. Always working - even after almost 20 years! This replaced my old windows 7 desktop that still works fine, just out of windows support. This is a great desktop at a great price! Plenty of memory and storage.

This HP doesn't come with the superior Windows 10 OS - instead it is installed with the jumbled Windows 11 OS; is that why it can't make up its mind whether it's in Sleep mode or in Hibernate? When it's wakened from Sleep mode it will claim to be unconnected to the internet - even though it is connected! - and then it must be restarted so it can convince itself that it definitely is connected ... restarts are continually needed - what a drag! And even though its settings are set properly to open with the previous session, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't, or instead sometimes there's a Restore Pages button or sometimes not. And also, unlike our older hard-drive computer with Windows 10 that turns the power light off in hibernate mode, this digital-drive computer with Windows 11 always keeps the power light on and can never turn off unless it's completely shut down - thus the current must always stay on even in sleep/hibernate and the light stays on, wearing the machine out in less time so that it's destined to fail sooner so that it must be replaced sooner - so that ultimately the customer will be parted from his or her money sooner, to replace it with a new computer - again!.

I love this computer. It's easy to operate, was easy to set up after the Geek Squad did computer install first. Great price for what you get. After my 14 year old HP computer just blew out on me one night, I bought another HP product right away. HP has been good to me.....

I bought this to replace my windows 10. Boot up and shut down times much faster. Transferring of files was much easier and quicker than I remember from last time.

The computer works fine, but I don't like the new version of Windows AT ALL
