    The computer is a very good item but the keyboard was total junk and never did work. Had to purchase a better keyboard. Would sooner pay a bit more initially and have a decent keyboard included.

    I bought this pc a few months ago and wanted to give some time before I posted a review. This pc is great for office work. I mainly use mine for studying and light office work. Note: I got this while it was on sale and would definitely suggest getting this.

    With Windows 10 ending and our old PC too old to accommodate Windows 11, we found ourselves at Best Buy to purchase a new desktop. They made it a smooth and successful transition for us.

    I returned my first one because the keyboard did not produce letters on the monitor. Mouse worked fine, My second one had the same problem. HP, after a few tries, reset the keyboard settings online. They unchecked all the boxes in keyboard settings. Works great now,
