I Bought a Lemon

We thought the problems were fixed but they started up again. I had to ship it to HP. They put in several new parts including a CPU. some of it's problems were that it would sporadically freeze when booting up and wouldn't stay connected to wifi. When I buy a new computer I expect it to work this clearly was a lemon. I am not sure if I will buy an HP again. Of course any computer can be a lemon. HP support has been pretty good to deal with so far. Hopefully the problems are really fixed this time.

Not happy with this purchase!

I had to return the first one because it was constantly making a loud noise. The replacement is not much better. It takes about 5 seconds for it to open or save a file. The first one did not have that issue. I will not be buying an HP in the future.

Problems with keyboard driver

We are on the third keyboard, still intermintant issues with not being able to type. Geek squad worked two hours on the first keyboard, told us we have to go to HP. After three hours with HP customer support, we demanded to claim warranty. HP said that we couldn't get a replacement til mid December.
