This is a replacement computer for our daughter because she needed to update to Windows 11. She uses it as her only computer at home and she says it is much faster than her old one.

once I got it hooked up and had to go back for an adapter that we needed, it works fine. Can't see much difference between 10 and 11 but .....oh well

I have been a customer for at least 10 years or more. Never had a problem with the salesperson they were very helpful with helping me find a protect that I needed, Always solving any problems. In and out no time wasted. Good information on product I wanted to buy. And yes I have recommended several family members,

This computer is working properly. It has aan adequate number of USB ports. The one thing I dislike is that has only one HDMI port, The second is a Display Port that requires a different type cord which no one told me about, and the first I purchased was fauulty which required me to make another trip to the store to get the correct cord. Also, the sound card will not stay on the correcdt setting for my speakers and I have to constantly reset it so it will sometimes work.

I have had this computer for a bit over a month now. I also bought an LG 27BR400-BAUB Q monitor. At first it ran ok but then screen started to flicker and go out. I had to update the drivers etc. still problems. Then I changed the monitor speeds to the max level allowed and everything has worked great since!. Good computer!

Seems to be OK I have called GEEK squad to assist me in getting it set up. At this point seems like it will be a good choice. I did not need the keyboard and mouse-but sales person did not mention was included. At this time I believe this was a good choice for a replacement Geek Squad is one on my favorite features of BEST BUY

This is a really good computer for home use. The small box means it can sit on a desk or inside a side panel of a desk. It quickly loads and swiftly shuts down and on first use it moved all my files from my old desktop. Really pleased with this purchase and the price was just right, too.

I love HP computers. Easy to set up and had all the required pieces to just plug and play. Has everything I wanted included with software. Great performance so far. Easy to connect other components.

It would have been nice to have a third PCIe slot, but overall, it was a nice compact tower with a premium feel keyboard and mouse.

There were problems transferring files from my old computer, particularly my Outlook contacts list. I think the problem was with New Outlook and Windows 11. Classic Outlook was installed, and everything was fine for a short while but eventually the apparent incompatibility with even Classic Outlook caused a major lockup that could not be resolved. I did not attribute this to the HP PC.

My computer has worked superbly so far. I have had no problems with it.

We did not realize how slow are old computer had gotten until we replaced it with this new one. This one is a little more user friendly, but will require some retraining for us, we were so used to the old ones steps to look for stuff and to shut down.
