    overall a good computer, but I have to restart it a couple of times a day or it will lock up, other than that it is fast

    The computer is fast & meets my needs for office /web use. Primarily use MS Office products & email. Unfortunately there are intermittent issues causing monitor to go to black screen & reset a few seconds later. Unsure if this is caused by RMD graphics or Windows 11. It’s a common problem based on what I’ve researched on the web. Problem occurred intermittently for 2 weeks and I was going to return, but then the issues went away for a week. But now the black screen issue is back again.

    The product was great but the service was terrible.Geek was supposed to come 2 days after purchase to install it between 7am and 7pm. Waited all day and no one shower.Went back to BB following day and they said foul up on paper work booked me for 7 days later.So all in all took 10 days for service. Marco the installer was great when he came and explained things for me and did a terrific job on installing.My complaint is waiting for 12 hours and no one show up.A long day. and then put me to the back of the line for insulation .Merry Xmas John Hestand

    This computer was just what I needed to assist me in the ham shack and booted to Windows 10 right out of the box and HW setup. It is small and sits in the back corner of the shack and works great.

    works fine now but when first hooked up need many new pieces of equipment to operate properly. to powerful for my old monitor so needed that replaced as well as addin a speaker for the monitor thing taht ssales didi'nteven talk about for a less techinal senior .finnaly good to go

    Fantastic hardware. I use this as a dedicated game server for my friends and although I plan on upgrading the ram, I will say the 16GB is plenty for running my Minecraft server & Home security system at the same time.
