Great performance. I did have one issue with this computer. The mouse after putting in the batteries lit up but the arrow on the computer would not show up. I called Best Buy and was told i could bring it back and get it exchanged. However, I am 50 miles away in another city. We even had the little stem in the USB port. I had a young man come and assist me in using my old mouse from my old computer. When I am in Tulsa I do plan to bring the mouse in and exchange it for one that will work.

I love my new HP OmniDesk Desktop. Besides its attractive wood grain look, and slender wireless keyboard it is a seamless transition for my work. I was able to get it as a doorbuster item which reduced the price $200. Great timing!

I bought this tower to replace an HP 27" AIO that was stuck in windows 10 land. After researching a dozen machines this one stood out as the best value and meets my needs. The Ultra 5 processor and 16Gb of DDR5600 ram is more than enough for day to day office tasks, browsing, all while running Think or Swim in the background. With a DataPort and HDMI I am free to choose to power a 34" Ultrawide Screen at 100hz. Built in bluetooth allows connection to desk top speakers, but USB-C is a nice option as well. Overall, a nice little tower for the home office.

Easy to set up and get running. Processes faster than anticipated and looks nice with the wood grain.

Took a little while to get used to, but is working great. It is much faster than our Windows 10 the we had purchased in the past from Best Buy in Cape Girardeau.

So far, no complaints with the new computer. It is the first HP I've owned. I got it because my previous desktop could not be upgraded to Windows 11. The "New Outlook", however, is NOT an improvement. I want the old one back.

Very helpful people. We were looking at several but chose this one because it has the ability to hook right up. Its working great with our hp monitor.

This is everything I need to fill my basic computer needs which are very simple, browsing, email and occasional word processing. It probably has more storage than I really need but it appeared to be a very good computer for a reasonable price. Best Buy moved all my files and programs to the new machine and hook up was simple for me.

We love this desktop! It is terrific. Very fast and powerful, and we have had no problems whatsoever setting everything up. Looks great too, with the woodgrain. Our Best Buy experience was awesome too, with great advice and service from our sales associates. We are very happy and we highly recommend this computer and also highly recommend the Hickory NC location.

It took me some time to appreciate my purchase. After printing out the instructions on how to use Windows 11, I was able to find my documents, some of which had been automatically saved in OneDrive. I also followed instructions for moving icons from the task bar to the actual desktop, which has streamlined what I see. I have finally been able to print from my printer; that took some time figuring out how to use it on my new computer. My protection was not Webroot as I had asked, but I figured out how to get rid of what had been applied, and on a remote consultation with Geek Squad, they installed Webroot for me. I am learning more almost every day and can now function normally. Thank you for such a good product!
