    This desktop is so much better than my old one. It has the USB ports on the front so they are easy to get to. Very fast start up. Have not had any problems thus far.

    Average computer, I don't notice any additional speed and like all new windows os it's all about navigating the changes and finding all my stored files. they should not have eliminated the cd/dvd drives and the sandisk drive

    This computer was "Open Box - Excellent". What should have been a beautiful HP computer somehow had Dell apps and drivers installed on it. The computer actually thought it was a Dell. I spoke to SEVERAL people in several areas of customer service and they thought I should pay Best Buy to do the factory reset that should have been done before they shipped it out. Too bad. Best Buy lost shipping both ways and they also lost a customer. I'll buy my next computer directly from HP.
