What should have been a beautiful HP computer somehow had Dell apps and drivers installed on it. The computer actually thought it was a Dell. I spoke to SEVERAL people in several areas of customer service and they thought I should pay Best Buy to do the factory reset that should have been done before they shipped it out. Too bad. Best Buy lost shipping both ways and they also lost a customer. I'll buy my next computer directly from HP.

HP omni desk PC fails to startup

Mind you its only two weeks old. Theyknew at had the issue before they sold it.

Beware of Best Buy promotions on this item

Keyboard cannot be connected meaning endless battery changes. Nothing new in the programs, just more complicated to use. Don't be tricked by Best Buy. They promise a 10% discount on the first purchase but this is not the computer. I'll never go back.
