1 month after purchase, sound still doesn't work on emails and others. Repeted calls and contacts for help have failed. Very disappointing. Othetwise it works vety well.

I was very unhappy with this product. When I get it home and tried to set it up and assemble it there were parts missing. And wasn't able to put it together wires and jacks were missing from the box had to take it back

I had to order this tower. The salesperson was fine. He said the tower would be delivered on Saturday. I ordered it on Thursday. Friday I get email there was a delay it might be there Sunday or Monday and tower was not picked up. the date could change. Than they said it wouldn't be delivered for two weeks. I couldn't wait so i went to office depot and bought one in stock. I contacted customer service to cancel order they were no help. they said they couldn't cancel once it shipped even though the tower wasn't picked up at that point. I was very disappointed with them. The tower did arrive on Tuesday and I returned it. I don't think I will ever order anything from them.

your customer service was so bad, I have to think twice before I buy anything at BestBuy again , the one who was talking to me was so rude and unprofessional , I have a trade in ,he was asking me all nonsense questions ,like why I am buying the core I3 when I have the core I5 , and he was giving me his wise advice and talking trash because I put a wrong model for the trade in, then I decide to cancel and return the purchase and not to come back again , not only that I will make sure all my friends to know about my bad experience with your store customer service.

Hp. Omni desk computer has to be unplugged and plugged plugged back in to start!

Desktop came with a wireless mouse but no dongal was included with mouse. Couldnt set it up because of this

Returned for repair the day after I hooked it up. That was 18 days ago and I don’t have it back yet. Geek Squad in Flowood won’t answer their phone, so I’m having to depend on what they show online. Worst customer I’ve ever dealt with.

The drivers were turned off for sound and sometimes when it’s not used for a bit I have to unplug the unit to get it to turn on

It was sold as new but had been used. It had records in the recycle bin & had the audio turned off..

I was looking for something like all in one computer but this was not it. Cost

in sleep mode trying to butte up the next day--sometimes take 5 minutes to butte up...also, trying to check e-mails you get hundreds of ads--very annoying...also, computer sometimes freezes up for 10 minutes...

It’s really a subpar system. It freezes quite a bit, but I can’t afford anything else right now. I have to have it.
