    Returned for repair the day after I hooked it up. That was 18 days ago and I don’t have it back yet. Geek Squad in Flowood won’t answer their phone, so I’m having to depend on what they show online. Worst customer I’ve ever dealt with.

    The drivers were turned off for sound and sometimes when it’s not used for a bit I have to unplug the unit to get it to turn on

    in sleep mode trying to butte up the next day--sometimes take 5 minutes to butte up...also, trying to check e-mails you get hundreds of ads--very annoying...also, computer sometimes freezes up for 10 minutes...

    Best Buy and their service team install my computer and setup my network. It runs beautifully and the Omnidesk is smooth and runs quiet. Speed not an issue, a good buy.
