This laptop was upgraded by Best Buy (according to HP) which voided the manufacturer's warranty. I believe that it is a much older laptop that was altered in order to make it more attractive to a buyer, but none of this was disclosed either during the purchase process, nor after delivery (other than an "upgraded" sticker on the box. Because of this, Best Buy has lost a customer. I will never do business with them again. Buyer beware!
