This is a very nice laptop. It's huge, and it's also very fast. You can't go wrong with HP. This laptop was not on displayin the store. I found it online and went to the store to purchase. Great find!

Overall PC speed has been great, only issue is the mouse pad it doesn't respond quickly to your touch or worst sometimes it doesn't respond at all. Bought myself a wireless mouse and I'm happy!!

I needed a new computer and had to order the hp pavillion. Shipping was fast. Computer is working well though it is large than I'm use to. Customer service was good but the wrong name was put on the order so it was a bit challenging picking up, got promptly sorted out though. Overall I'm a happy customer.

This Laptop has largest screen and hard disk capacity is 1 TB. Enough to store large movies and watch it on big screen. Price is also competitive and no other laptop with these features would come in this price range.

Great gift for my mom who was looking for a versatile laptop for basic web surfing. Easy setup and she really likes the fingerprint free style body style. Would recommend for any beginner.

Ordered this laptop because It was time to replace my other HP laptop. Was hesitant because the memory is less than my older model, but I took a chance. So far, the speed works for me. Love the bigger screen and the weight of the laptop isn't too heavy. My only compliant: I keep hitting the left side where the CD drive is and it keeps popping open. Have to be more careful, but it's quite annoying. I'm pretty sure I'll eventually have to upgrade the memory, but I'll wait until it starts slowing down.

Affordable. Nice big clear screen. Would recommend for office use but not for traveling easily due to size. Not been able to find a carry case yet in stores due to large size.

so far this computer has been fast surfing through the internet. The only thing I do not like about this computer is that windows 10 does not allow you load any road runner email access. I have not researched this totally yet, but first tries to set up my email have not been successful.

light for size, very fast, good sound, a good picture. much better than my 7year old laptop

Wish it was touch screen but for the price is good with plenty amount of space for having your photos, videos, big files, etc on the go. Windows 10 is running great.

I really like this unit for 3 reasons: It has a large 17 inch screen, it has great graphics, and I can play my internet game on it quickly and without problems. Unless it has major repair issues (had it a month so far with no problems), to me it was the best unit on the market for the money.

I thought I purchased a HP - Pavilion 17.3 Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver. Had asked for an 8 gig but didn't have one. Now I see it has only 4GB memory and the sign said 6GB memory. Very disappointing. Not to mention that Win 10 eats up my data like crazy. Had to google the data issues and turn things off. Your staff should have known about these issues. It would have been a deciding factor in my purchase. But over all I like it.

We purchased this laptop for my teenage son. It has been a great laptop for school work. It is very fast. We are very pleased.

Screen is a great size for multi-tasking. Doesn't fit in most laptop bags tho... My wife uses it for college and has been very happy with the speed. Great Value.

This is a Decent laptop, especially for $350.00. The touch pad is a little different, in that the Click keys are not defined, they are just touch sensitive parts of the touchpad area. Check it out at the store. Like I said it is a Decent laptop, especially for $350.00.

like everything about this laptop except the constant re-sizing of the text and screen. You barely have to touch mouse to make the screen text to resize

While I am in no way a computer programmer I am still trying to learn Windows 10. It seems that this pc is slower than the one I am trying to retire even though the processor is new and faster than what I was using. So until I can master, better yet, learn how Windows 10 works I cannot be critical of any of these new things I have acquired. Moving to the free secureware SW, I have tried more than 5 times to download the SW but it takes hours to download and then when it is almost complete it errors out, this is one of the reasons I blame the PC but as I said it may still be my inability to maneuver through Windows 10. Not too happy with the Geek squad either, cannot seem to connect to them, again, maybe me.

I bought one of these on sale about a year ago. I had been eyeing it for a while and when it went on sale, I jumped on it. I was not disappointed. Then another laptop died on me, an old Vista one. I saw this on sale and again, jumped on it. It has Windows 10 instead of 8.1 but still works great. If you need a large screen laptop this is it. I only do casual games, so I don't know how it would perform with action games.
