Everything is above average on this laptop...especially like the feel of the mouse pad which most important in my opinion for a laptop...rate 4.5 with the only drawback being that wify has trouble sometimes but it's an easy 5 second fix when it happens.

I bought this notebook for the screen size. It's holding up pretty well. I intend to buy one for my brother. It's not top notch but I do like it.

Fast, powerful, easy to use, this computer has everything I wanted at a great price! CD/DVD player/writer works great with my dual speakers. So far, no downside. Very happy!

This PC laptop was purchased as a replacement laptop for a 90 yr-old Senior. His former Win 7, 17" laptop was no longer working. The larger 17" screen size is perfect viewing and was preferred over a lighter weight 15". The case of this laptop feels durable. It came loaded with Win 10, was easy to setup and use. There have been minimal learning curve issues for Great Gpa when converting from Win 7 to Win 10.

my 4 year-old hp pavilion needed to go to pc heaven...it would crash in mid sentence, e-mails were a gamble...will i finish it prior to the next crash....anyway,,,i am typing this on my new hp pc...so i am officially a return customer..it was also the cost of the product.....that sold me....i see it as a good value for this chair/desk location in this house...geek squad was also a must for an old dog like me

Good laptop handled most programs. I expanded the ram to handle adobe applications because it was struggling to keep up. Difficult to add ram would have liked to seen an easier access port but wasn't too difficult.

Good looking, light laptop. The screen size and quality are good. It's a little slow, considering the processor, but it's not unbearable. I'm satisfied. I only use it for Internet, homework, and saving photo and music files. Good basic laptop.

Many off the shelf computers don't have enough power or storage to be usable for a high school student. This one is perfect. Lots of storage, good memory, good speed, easy to use. It is perfect to get a kid from 12 years old through high school.

This is a great lightweight PC (especially if leaving the battery off and just plugging in) -- but has everything. I was very hesitant to go to Windows 10, but so far it seems decent. Microsoft's EDGE browser has to go, however, as it lacks features of Google Chrome. I love that I can configure this to HIBERNATE just by shutting the lid. Startup with painless! The screen is large (17") and very clear.

Definitely not a gaming machine but great for web browsing and general home use. Video is crisp & smooth, audio not bad for a laptop. The only issues are with Windows 10 doing constant updates but it is not an issue with the computer itself.

The lap to is big, but is thin. In frys the same computer is $250 more.

I have it for almost two years now. Haven't had issues with it. Works good. Maybe there are better options for the same money this one costs. But its good for me.

This laptop was a gift for my graduating daughter. She has used and abused this laptop since 2015 but it is still going strong. She uses it for her college courses, writing papers and such, but of course, she's streaming movies and on social media as well. This has been a perfect fit.

I purchased this computer to use in my evening MBA classes - Just needed for basic functionality of excel and Microsoft word. There are times it seems a bit slow, but I realize I didn't spend as much as I could have on a computer, so expected some shortfalls in performance.

I liked this a lot, nice size to take with and do work on (word docs, e-mail, simple spreadsheets etc). After about a year and a half the screen went "wonky". Took it to Best Buy, they said it wasn't covered by warranty, etc., need a new one, etc. Took it to local fix it shop, it was the digitizer--turned the touch screen off and it works fine as a non-touch unit. So, great if you didn't pay for a touch screen, not great if the price was too much for a non-touch computer.
