I've only been using this laptop for a few weeks, so I can't speak on the longevity yet, but so far it runs like a charm. It's a fantastic option for students with a low to mid range budget, especially if you can get it on sale. I haven't pushed the processor or graphics very hard, but they work great when opening multiple programs, windows, and tabs at once. The battery life is also very pleasing- not quite as long as a chromebook, but very nice for a Windows laptop. The touchscreen works fine but it isn't the most sensitive when used with a stylus (take that with a grain of salt, though- my stylus is pretty cheap and I'm using a screen protector).

Absolutely amazing!!!! I bought this computer since my other one was being worked on and it’s good. It has a good display and good speed. It’s not big, so it’s good for on the go.

I needed a new laptop to carry when I travel. The one I had was about 10 years old and slow as molasses. I saw this 2 in 1, which is similar to the one I keep in my office and it had what I was looking for: compact size, 8gb memory, 256gb SSD with a memory card slot for more. And to top it off, it's blue, my favorite color! I didn't give it five stars because it is on the heavier side when compared to some comparable computers like my Samsung 2 in 1. However, it's not so heavy that I wouldn't put it in a non-rolling carry bag. It's thin and fast for my needs.

I love this laptop. This is light weight and works well for my need. I am using this almost 8 to 10 hrs a day and don’t feel any heat and performance is good.

Last laptop was 12 years old. This newer model is so much lighter, faster, & easier to navigate. Love it. Geek Squad was great at downloading & setting up new HP Laptop.

Pretty much works as anticipated. Speed is fast, Battery life is great, and the display is excellent! Very happy with this purchase.

Was looking to get my daughter her own laptop for Christmas, and for the price this was on sale for it can't be beat. Great size, weight, and quality.

This is a great laptop that I can use for school seeing as though my school uses Microsoft accounts. So everything I need is easy accessible. The laptop even flips back into a tablet which becomes helpful for other activities other thank school. I'm very happy with my purchase. The laptop is easy to use and everything you may have a question about can be answered with the computers built in ai.

Great starter computer. Has all the functionality that a majority of computer users need. Can slow down when trying to do to many things at once but for a simple PC you can’t really complain. The 12th gen i3 should last for a few years and still be plenty powerful. Only downside is the ram, I would have preferred more but as a starter computer it works as intended.

Got this for a grandparent and they find it super easy to use. The color is BEAUTIFUL and it's super light. I definitely recommend for someone who doesn't want to spend $1,000+ but still wants a solid machine.

Great laptop! Runs much quicker than I activated, haven't had any issue with basic day to day activities. Even with multiple tabs open and videos. Touchscreen works well. Laptop is mostly used out in the garage and it has even stood up to dust, sawdust and the different temps. The bad is the keyboard is not backlite. Speakers are good but not as good as I was hoping given the brand. Finally the plastic casing is a bit cheap. I can push the underside in with my fingers. But for a $500 laptop I cant complain.

I bought this laptop because I was going to do remote work but it fell through. Did not want to return it since my HP desktop computer is 7 years old now and would cost more to upgrade and get up to speed than this laptop. So I love how easy it is to use, it is light weight and definitely easier to use being portable. The only thing I don't like (that I didn't think much of when I bought it) is the lack of backlighting on the keyboard. I bought a computer light so problem solved but it's cleaner when the keyboard is backlit, like my old computer and iPad. I'm not a techie in the least and have been using my laptop for my blog so I'm glad for that. It's a great computer for non-techies like me, and it's got plenty of storage. I bought all the accessories I could think of to make it as complete as possible ---fiber optic mouse, external disc drive, pny flash drive, jacket and carry case and Microsoft software. I wish I could review the battery life but I never unplug it and have yet to travel with it. But the display suits me fine, very clear and vibrant colors, and the response time to my typing or surfing online are fast! I'm all set!

So far so good. It’s what I wanted. Speed, display and size all great.

Lightweight, touchscreen, affordable, great operating system!

Its a solid little laptop for the price— Pros: -light weight -touch screen is great -trackpad feels really nice -cost Cons -speakers are TERRIBLE, you need headphones or bluetooth speaker -keyboard is a bit flimsy, but still usable -battery life kinda short -there are a million pop ups from pre-installed bloatware

This laptop exceeded my expectations! It is exactly what I was looking for. It is compact, but not too small. It is the perfect weight, love the feel of the keyboard while typing (light keys) and the software is FAST. It also walks you through all of the new features like split screen, and bixby to search anything.
