The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is because I received a defective equipment. This laptop would be perfect for the type of work I perform but it doesn't. After the first days, the screen went black randomly and it stopped. Later, I started experiencing the jumping cursor and pages scrolling down by themselves without me touching the screen or the touchpad. I called Microsoft for issues related with Windows 10 and 11 but that was not the case. I also called HP in 5 different occasions to try to resolve the problem. The laptop was reset to factory but every time I turned it on after resting overnight, the jumping cursor and the rest of the issues came back. This is the first time I have a bad experience with an HP laptop, and I hope is the last.

Computer was just what we wanted to complete our computer network.

it was a really good purchase. Great for college students

So far no problems. Only thing I wish was I got the bigger screen.

This device is very easy to use, the set up was easy to follow.

Seems to be a nice lil computer for my child’s school work.

When it works it’s a decent computer. It’s not worth it if you have to keep resetting it to get it to work. Even trouble shooting that way isn’t consistent. Just search the name of the computer name and “screen not working” “not turning on”. I’m so disappointed but I don’t even think I can get a return at this point. Also, I’ve only had it for about 9 months.

A decent product for the cost. Wish it had a slightly bigger screen though.

no cd player no windows 10 I may return it and get something with a cd player and windows 10

Not bad for the price. Should be really good for basic tasks. Nothing special.

Its glitches alot but its good for the price i paid.

Great laptop the only downfall is that it dies really quick

Bought open box. Gave to wife as a present 2 days after return period end fan was making an aweful noise. Had to contact hp for warranty. Dont think it was checked before it was resold. Not impressed with open box items.

Great for kids who need a laptop for school use and inexpensive.

Received the laptop and only the touchscreen worked. Nothing on the keyboard worked except the power button. We couldn't type or use the mouse. Had to contact HP tech support and they couldn't even fix it with remote service. We had to remove S-mode which can't be replaced, just to allow HP remote access. We ended up needing to ship it to HP to be fixed, and we still haven't received the computer back from them yet. This has been a horrible experience with a faulty computer. I have little faith in this computer and if we ever get it back from HP I hope we have no more issues, but this experience has soured me to this computer. Would not recommend this computer to anyone. Wish I could talk more about the functionality of the computer itself, but after 3 weeks we still haven't been able to use it.

hard drive when out in 1 year and wont fix geek squad cant fix so im having to buy new they say might be battery also

Trash! I returned it after 3 days. Spend a few extra $$ on an ASUS. You'll be happy you did in the long run. If someone in the store tries to push you to buy this- RUN! In fact run to the ASUS table. You'll be happy you did.

I bought this specifically for online school. It WILL NOT download Zoom unless you're willing to permanently switch to a low protection mode (out of S Mode). A laptop that can't run Zoom is worthless these days.

It say's 3.7GHZ base processor speed in the the specification. But it's only 2.0 I have to return it, they could have sent me the wrong model. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Didn't even make it a year. Keyboard was very flimsy and would bend when on lap. really poor quality.
