It's very versatile, can be used as a tablet and is great overall for the money. Totally recommended!

Best Buy is the Best

Just take it off the shelf and the Geek Squad is always there to help. They copied all my old files to my new computer

The only thing I'd like to see change is the color of the letters. In a certain light I cannot see them well. Of course it could be cause I am old.

Disappointed

It is exactly one month old. HP support couldn't help me, so I had to Pay for SmartFriend to help me unlock my brand new laptop. So frustrating. Now that my laptop had to be factory reset, my brand new HP printer will not respond to the laptop anymore. So I have to buy a cable to attach the printer to the laptop directly. I'm pretty disgusted by all of this.
