This laptop has been awesome in the touch screen, 360 action and the screen. I’m not as familiar with the layout for it’s been awhile in using laptops but it has everything for me as a beginner.

Overall this computer was economical and it is very easy to use. Thank you Best Buy for exceptional service. I would definitely recommend the computer and future purchases.

i absolutely LOVE this computer! I use it everyday for my college work and it’s just perfect! The only thing that i would change is the battery life but i’m able to go through my whole school day without having to charge it so no major complaints 100% recommend

Awesum purchase! Great screen resolution and memory. Love how it can fold into a tablet. Size is perfect to take to work and game out at home.

Firstly, let me say that the reps from Best Buy geek squad deserve praise for all the help that they gave me after I had an accidental breakage of my two year old HP pavilion laptop. When I went to Best Buy, Vernon Hills, Illinois, I was guided through the steps in retrieving data from my original laptop, and transferred to a newly purchased HP pavilion laptop of current quality. They were instrumental in saving my data, which had lots of information that I had collected over many years and transferred from several other laptops over the years. I can’t say enough about the expertise and support that the geek squad gave me. Best Buy is my go to place for electronic devices.

Lightweight, compact, and the screen is bright and doesn't feel cramped. Quick easy setup, nice keyboard, and it runs quickly with the SSD. You do have to get used to not inadvertently hitting the touchpad when typing. The woman who was manager that evening was terrific - I'd had TWO 14" HP's from their store that would NOT connect to my home wifi, and she gave me a good deal on this one, which works great!

This computer meets my everyday needs while I'm in school. Its small enough to take with me everywhere I go. Came complete with needed software for me to get to working asap.

Excellent laptop. Wanted a smaller footprint so went for the 14 inch screen size. Win11 is fast. So far no problems encountered at all. Highly recommend this HP.

The order pickup was fine, I just wish I would have known in advance that I couldn’t do curbside pick up. My kid uses the computer for school and it’s perfect.

Good price for a basic machine. Haven't asked it to do too much but it works great.

Had to disable a saftey feature so i could download off the web and not just the Microsoft store but after that ive had no issues playing games or doing homework

No to bad of a laptop. Runs great and I mainly use it for work or even school work. Even games good on my free time

I love the quality of the screen of this laptop, also the computer is very light weight so if you are a person who is constantly moving with the laptop, this is the computer for you.

A really lovely machine. Runs a bit hot, so I do use a fan, but I'm impressed with the quality of the screen and the speakers. It suits my needs very well.
