I couldn't be happier with the condition this HP was in as well as best buys customer service. Loving my new HP with intel core i7 and 1TB SSD, and looking forward to starting my business on this desktop!!

System easy-to-use. Responds quickly. All items i needed are encorporated into the system.

So far so good. I do have one problem with a recurring notification stating a USB device I plugged in doesn’t work. I had to turn off Notifications since it doesn’t make sense. I plan to call Tech Support.

Set up issue with volume and wireless charging. Speaker was making cracking noise. Had to install another driver online from HP and then sound worked. The wireless charger set up is confusing. You press the OSD button on the right middle and the button itself you use to toggle thru the dos like menu and select power and enable charging. Did all that and still not working to charge my iphone 15. Not sure maybe needs a reboot? Tried removing case also a no go. Had iphone with pictures uploading and they would not play on the computer in the MOV format. Then was offered a 99cent upgrade to something. Refused that. Work around to get those videos to play was to just save them into another folder: ie pictures then my own creation videos. Then they played just fine. Was no need to even convert them to different format. Videos are great looking, picture is great. The Computer doesn't look flimsy or cheat. Microsoft had deal on word/powerpoint, etc that was $30 called professional. 365 is a yearly subscription that isn't needed for most casual users.

Excellent all in one cup with touch screen. Works great and the screen size is phenomenal! Glad I bought this. Makes computer time so much easier.

So much faster and efficient then my old HP, love the new style .. this is the perfect computer for us and Best Buy made the whole thing an easy and enjoyable experience ..

I've had this computer now for a couple of months and I really like it. Nice monitor size, easy features and I'm enjoying Windows 11. It's perfect for my home business/office! I've used HP products for several years now and I'm always happy with them.

Great computer! Easy to set up and navigate with Windows 11. Intel Core - HP Pavilion 27 inch my best choice. The computer screen tilts and has a solid support for this computer.

Purchased to use in a business and by far the best HP all-in-one unit I’ve had a pleasure to use . The clearest resolution from the screen and the great response from the unit. Definitely a system to have .

This computer was just what I needed for my work, and meetings with multiple people. The video is clear and the screen is large so I can really see everyone well.

It i fast. It has no moving parts so it is quiet. The touchscreen does not have to be next to the keyboard so when i reach for numbers I do not touch the screen (like I do on my laptop) and mess things up.

Quality computer for a good price. The camera is hiding at the top and it had a plastic cover to be removed. Wireless adds to the functionality of the computer. Peppy computer and it was on sale.

It does the job as it was advertised for. It is a smooth operating item and handles multiple tasks and communicates with the necessary auxiliary equipment It replaces a laptop and is much better for a desk situation. No regrets about that decision.

This new HP all-in-one is fantastic. It’s just like an iMac, even better. It has a touchscreen, a built-in camera, built-in speakers, one terabyte and you can talk to it. Love it!
