Love the new HP Desktop computer. The Geek Squad transferred all my data from the old, corrupted operating system to the new, faster, more efficient computer.

It's awesome, easy set up. Downloaded everything from last computer with ease. Plenty of storage and Best Buy price matched because the price dropped.

The computer is just amazing, I would say that is the perfect balance between price level and performance !!!

The set up was easy. I am not a techie. The newer windows file set up has me trying to understand the methodolgy but not a game changer.

It's ridiculous with the way Best Buy keeps forcing out emails to review the product which was sent shortly after receiving the product. Even though the listing for said product claims that it is 'Sparkling Black' when in fact, the black is made of cloth and does not sparkle. Other than that, the computer works fantastic and I'm going to leave it at that because with every other review I've made, as soon as I do, the product fails. (Hey Best Buy - enticing people to send in a review with the hopes of them receiving a gift card through a drawing is a bit much seeing how I've yet to hear of anyone actually winning.)

This was a nice price and so far is working well despite the Windows 11 running it. Had I known what a pain Windows 11 is to work with ( lots of little things but one main thing is that it absolutely hates Google Chrome and tries to thwart anything you do with it ) I likely would have gone with Apple instead, even at a higher price. It's not the HP unit, it's the operating system. Also when I bought the unit the Best Buy floor salesperson over promised what the Geek Squad folks could do. If you are close to computer illiterate then this would be just fine. If you have experience then file copying & sharing might be frustrating. Again the operating system, not HP directly or the Best Buy folks.

It's a great computer. My cat really loves the touchscreen monitor! I've had several computers over the years and this is in the top 3.

I love this all-in-one computer! It was easy to set up, and I love the large screen! It’s much better than using a separate monitor with my laptop. I’m very happy with this purchase!!!

This is my 4th HP Pavilion Touch-Screen desktop! It was seriously just plug in and go. I see people complaining that there isn't a cd/dvd drive but that is fine with me since I never used it anyway!

Computer has done what we bought it to do. It is fast, has had no problems and has met our needs. Overall I would recommend it.
