I am happy with Desktop, but just found out it is close-out model now and I missed out on a discount.

It's a good buy for the money, but it does not allow much expansion.

Bought the open box of this item and had to look up the instructions to turn on each item.

Love the computer just having issues with system continuing a strong connection.

The computer is great when you get them without defects. However, out of the 10 that we ordered for a project, 3 had dead pixels and 1 displayed a "boot device not found" error during initial setup. This model definitely seems to suffer from quality control issues.

The computer freezes and runs slow. I think it might just be this computer because I have another HP that works great.

My son loves his new computer. All the specs are amazing.

I just got my new computer and still setting it up.

I'm not sure what I was expecting when I purchased this HP all-in-one computer; but what I do know, is it is not any better than the 5 year old Dell I replaced. Sure, this has Windows 11, but that pretty much sums up any improvement. So my take - ho hum.

I like it but I had to have help to get it to download my printers and then the scanner part did not work so I had to have help with that. WHo knows what will be next.

My recommendation is to never ever purchase anything Open Box from Best Buy. If it says Geek Squad Certified or Best Buy Inspected, more than likely it is missing something or completely damaged. Then if you don't do a thorough inspection within 15 days you're stuck with it. At least 60% of all open box items at Best Buy are returns because they are malfunctioning somehow. The stores will simply slap a label on it and sell it right back to you. Then they will blame you for any damages. I would just go to your local computer shop and avoid Geek Squad and Best Buy all together. Some of the issues you won't realize exists until you've had it for a month or two, like a failing sound card, tilted screen, failing graphics, etc. They will just tell you to go to the manufacture and take no responsibility for the product they sold you. Even if you think you are buying it brand new, you better triple check everything.

The computer was full of factory defects. First, no chip for the wireless mouse and keyboard. Next, it would not load the OOS right out of the box. The Geek Squad guy at the store accused me of corrupting the OSS, even after telling him repeatedly I have not even got past turning the power on and he will see that when it comes back from a 3rd party repair....he was trying to sell me a Geek Squad warranty when I already has a 3 year extended warranty and got upset when I declined it. The guy was really rude to me as well. I spent about 10K in this Reading, Pa store in the past 5 years. No more Best Buy for me.

The computer itself is great, but the glossy screen is awful!

I purchased an HP Pavilion PC to replace an older crashed PC. Best Buy had this "OPEN BOX" PC at a small discounted price with the PC listed in excellent condition. After receipt of the delivery, I carried PC to my Computer Tech and never opened the keyboard, After 3 plus weeks, my tech delivered my new PC. When I opened the keyboard, I noted that most of the keys were darkened. This was not in excellent condition. I then contacted a cutomer service rep and they told me "sorry" but you're warranty has expired and maybe if you take it back to store they might exchange the keyboard. I did and they did'nt!!!! I will never purchase anything else from Best Buy!

Everything nice but shouldn’t be that expensive due to low memory on it

First experience with Windows 11. Wish you could still get Windows 10 P/C's.
