I can't believe how expensive this device is, and I noticed it has no memory card SSD slot. Really? The most basic of basic computers have this why wouldn't this be part of this device also? Such a disappointment.

This all-in-one had a sticker on it that said Zoom compatible. It is NOT. Even with an external microphone, others cannot make out what we are saying. Everyone says, “You sound muffled”. This happens whether it is me or my husband talking.

It's making a crackling noise when the sound is on. I called a couple of weeks ago and they said that I need to bring it in but I can't because I'm home recuperating from an operation. Otherwise, I'm happy with the computer. So, can someone come to the house to evaluate this?

The Manufacturer camera was not installed and no help from anyone, Ho or Best But.

I am very disappointed not live up to the hype. This was upgraded to my current desktop which is almost half a price ,hoping for a best performance . However my old computer is faster than this $1200 core i5 computer. And it's very noisy when you run multiple apps . I don't recommend it

I don't know why but i can only use this when its plugged in.

Using almost my life windows Desk Top unfortunately Windows blocked Software Downloading You have to think twice before buying .

Wireless keyboard/mouse do not work well. Periodically one or both will lag or not respond to commanded actions. Computer works fine utilizing a wired keyboard/mouse. Bought the computer for its wireless functionality.

Not good computer it has been in geek squad twice.

The ease of purchase followed by the ease of set-up made the purchase of this HP ALL IN ONE desktop an exceptional experience. The PC very fast/responsive. The screen is clear, the keyboard and mouse are ergonomically pleasing. You cannot beat the Intel Core i7! You will also be impressed with Windows 11. There is so much to learn but it has been impressive so far. For those in the market for an All-in-One PC, please considerer the HP - Pavilion 27" Full HD Touch-Screen with 16 GB and 1 TB SSD. You will not be disappointed. Also, think of having a representative from the GEEK Squad doing your set up if you are not totally savvy. They are terrific!

I love my 27 in. computer. It's much faster than the small computer. I would recommend this to anyone that is interested in a computer. It's the best you could buy. It has everything you could ask for. I want to thank Best Buy and their staff for showing this to me. Best Buy and you staff keep up the good work and they also have Geek there too and it's well worth the money. I wouldn't do without my Geek they're the best.

Large screen, extremely fast, acquired all my information from my previous failed computer instantly without my having to do a backup. I am not a computer expert by any stretch of the imagination. This was the ideal product for even someone as clueless as I.

I am thrilled with this computer. I am recommending to my boss that all of the staff should have one. Screen size is perfect for what we do. The speed is amazing. So far no complaints from me.

The All in One desktops meets all the needs one requires. It has all the working parts a desktop needs built inside which allows for more space on a desk without needing the computer case like other computer models that are not all in one. The stand is adjustable which is great and the touch screen feature is excellent if one wishes to interact with the desktop device in a more hands on way. The touch-screen is a great feature since it gives the option for one to either use the keyboard and mouse or if they would prefer to just touch the screen the same way one interacts with a smart phone. It also allows for more than one way to interact with the device in-case one may have issues with their keyboard or mouse since the touch screen can act as a substitute while those issues are in progress to be resolved. The latest operating system is already installed. The device is very user friendly and easy to set up on your desk. The wide screen is nice and gives the desktop a professional look aesthetic. I really liked how the camera was built in, so there is no need to purchase a desktop camera. In my opinion over all a satisfying desktop computer.
