I bought the same model 4/22 except Intel i7 generation 10 instead of 13. Paid $1,349 for that and $1,099 for this one as a work back up. It works fine/bit faster BUT seems made more cheaply which correlates with the price: front speaker size/design, wireless keyboard and the power button both flimsier (and power on back with this one - plastic round circle vs. metal on side of older). NOTE: spent hour to get rid of Microsoft store upgrade pop up (windows 11 prof) - after changing store and start settings. Enough to consider Apple (which I barely tolerate for my ipad - also have HP laptop).

Set up issue with volume and wireless charging. Speaker was making cracking noise. Had to install another driver online from HP and then sound worked. The wireless charger set up is confusing. You press the OSD button on the right middle and the button itself you use to toggle thru the dos like menu and select power and enable charging. Did all that and still not working to charge my iphone 15. Not sure maybe needs a reboot? Tried removing case also a no go. Had iphone with pictures uploading and they would not play on the computer in the MOV format. Then was offered a 99cent upgrade to something. Refused that. Work around to get those videos to play was to just save them into another folder: ie pictures then my own creation videos. Then they played just fine. Was no need to even convert them to different format. Videos are great looking, picture is great. The Computer doesn't look flimsy or cheat. Microsoft had deal on word/powerpoint, etc that was $30 called professional. 365 is a yearly subscription that isn't needed for most casual users.

I am pleased with the purchase of my HP Pavilion Intel Core i7 computer. The monitor is so nice and clear. The size is perfect and it is very fast. No problems setting it up. Drama-free for a novice tech person.

Not in stock at store as advertised at time of purchase. This is a great computer! I Purchased 2 computers - one after another, about 3 weeks apart online, with pickup at the store at 8925 Towne and Country Cir, Knoxville, TN 37923. In both cases, the computer was advertised as being in the store for immediate pickup, but once purchased I was notified that it was not in stock. Each time, I had to wait about a week for delivery to the store. Yes, I was given the option to cancel the purchase, or to try another store. Other than that - great.

We needed a family computer for odd end jobs. In the world of today where kids have their phones and their tablets, who would really need a desktop. That was our initial thought as well but, we were wrong. Everyone uses the family computer for everyday tasks, homework research, and odd jobs. If you're on the ropes on purchasing this computer, I will tell you that it was a great investment. We got this all in one desktop for the fact that the initial foot print is small. No big tower sitting on the floor and no major wires. It has a bluetooth keyboard and mouse which everyone enjoys. The keyboard and mouse can be stowed away under the monitor when not in use and the desk we have can be used for other projects. The performance is great! It has enough juice to do everything everyone in the house needs. Has plenty of storage and memory. It can even run most of the games the kids play. Great overall experience.

great computer....BUT, second one I purchased, and both were missing USB chip to activate new keyboard/mouse. BB's response is to return the whole box in order to locate a new one with the computer chip! So again I had to pay for another keyboard for the new computer! there's got to be some kind of resolution instead of returning the entire computer. I was told after the first one to open it before I walked out the door....FUNNY, wished I'd been told that before I got it back to the office and 99% installed!!!!!!

I love my new computer. The large screen is great for my previously strained eyes. I dont care for the mouse or keyboard. They look and feel cheap! Ill be using my other keyboard that allows a more natural position for my wrists.

Plenty of power for my needs. Easy to set up; easy to connect with other devices. Space-saving all-in-one design is a great feature for my small study. Good distinct sound, good clear visuals. Only disappointment is the camera (for Zoom, etc.)--the image quality is not impressive let me admit that the problem may be me).

Was looking for an AIO for a close friend. This was perfect for what she does with her computer. First, everything is all in one package so no bulky tower. Everything is quick and responsive. The camera used for facial recognition sign in and the occasional meeting is clear and non glitchy. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

Good computer - so so build quality

Over all this is a very good computer, fast when processing and good video quality. The build quality is just okay - there is a lot of cheap plastic and the mouse that is included has a cheap feel to it. There is a wireless charge point at the base of the computer which is a nice touch. This computer was on sale when I purchased it so with that in mind it was a good value. The unit comes with a lot of bloatware on it which is to be expected on a HP computer.

we love the computer. getting it connected to the printer was a challenge. I used the Geek Squad app by phone and the agent's English skills were so bad.... The second time I stuck with chat and it worked. Thanks.

Had an HP Pavilion previously and perhaps showcasing my age, this one does not have 2 things my prior one had, which I wish they had kept on this newer model: a built-in CD/DVD drive and a slot for micro SDs. On the other hand, I do like the retractable camera and the wireless keyboard and mouse makes for easy change of location with a cluttered desk. Let's see how long the batteries last! So, all in all, good, but not great, product.

I love the performance of this computer and purchased it as "open-box", was a bit cautious but felt comfortable after speaking with Geek Squad. I would give this a 5-star rating BUT...on-line price with BEST BUY was different than their own IN-STORE price and they would not MATCH the price!! Not good customer service, I have been buying from Best Buy for years but after this transaction, I'm not sure if I would do again. Disappointed.

Very nice computer, but as others have complained, the stand doesn't adjust and screen isn't level. The stand has some play in it so I can make it level but nothing to keep it that way other than shoving something in the crevice between the monitor and the stand to keep it from moving. Nothing good fits there, currently using a screen cleaning wipe.
