A "must have" for everybody's office or home use!

I had a couple of issues that took some research and time. I had to contact support as I could not find the serial number to have the help desk assist ("chat") with finding the camera. Now that I am used to this particular model and have all my programs up and running, I plan to purchase an identical one for my office so I have matching systems. HP is the "best" and I'm very glad Best Buy offers a wide selection of their products!!!
