Unprofessional Behavior

The second one seems to be ok, there was no price adjustment made and there should have been. plus Noah, an associate said he could do a transfer from old computer to new computer over night, however, the Manager and an Associate said that it would take them 4 days. Maybe Best Buy in Noblesville, IN should have more than one competent associate who can do transfers in less than 4 days. I'm a 67 year old grandma, there isn't much to transfer, so the actions of the Manager and the other associate are not good representatives of Best Buy.
