Moved up from my old. Love the big screen & easy to use. Did already have a few glitches but nothing serious yet.

I previously purchased same desktop cause i love how everything works and how easy is to manage windows. i have one at home and now in my office, i love it.

I had a computer crash quite unexpectedly, and had to replace it fast. My criteria: large screen, gaming video speed (frames per second and quick processing), and easy functionality. This computer has been great for the past 7 days that I have owned it. The large screen and clear pixels have made it easy to use this for interacting with those who use sign language, without any lag. My only complaint is that the built in camera is not good. I will be calling to see if there is anything I can do to fix it. I do have an external camera I use that has excellent functionality, so this is less of a concern for me. I also wanted to state that Lorell at Best Buy in south St Louis was incredibly helpful. He stuck with my budget, didn't try to push me into things I wasn't interested in, and made sure I knew the difference in the specs of each system.

This unit was purchased on Oct 2021 and has been used daily for over 1 year without issue. Software updates and Connectivity to any device has been seamless and trouble free. *Windows updates sometimes reset windows features causing temporary graphic user interface issues and is easily corrected each time, but we are used to this over the years and it only occurs after Microsoft Windows operating system updates. Surprisingly we rarely use the touch screen feature, but it does come in handy with 2 or more people wishing to manipulate the screen. Supplied keyboard and mouse work flawlessly and we transitioned seamlessly from our corded clunky older versions. We are extremely happy with this purchase and Highly Recommend!

I love this computer. Its sleek and doesnt take up a lot of space. Its easy to use and i love all the features. Definitely worth the money I paid for it.

Got this for my wife for her crafting business. Easy to use, great size for designing, touchscreen is a big plus.

The computer has been very solid and has worked great. The keyboard and mouse however are almost useless in my opinion.. The keyboard is one of the smallest I have ever used. And the roll button on the mouse sticks.. It usually just goes to auto scroll instead of me being able to roll it..

Purchasing this computer has given me total joy. It exceeds my expectations. It is so fast I had to upgrade my Internet speed, 15 year-old modem and 7 year old router to keep up! I did purchase additionally an upgraded backlit keyboard, palm rest and mouse to accompany it and these complete an unbelievable package for me. The only hitch was getting Windows 11 print function to be compatible with my printer and the geek squad fixed that for me very quickly. It is a beautiful, enjoyable computer and I love it!!

I love this computer. I needed a large screen for working from home. I have to have several applications and tabs open at the same time, so the big screen allows me to shrink each tab so I can see multiple things at the same time. I love that there is no tower, and that the key board and mouse are wireless, so no cable mess. Everything works great. No problems or issues so far. Been using it for a week.

Great computer but a little pricey. Has worked flawlessly since I purchased it it December. No issues at all, and very fast.

I have needed a new home computer for quite some time since my children messed up my old one with Roblox, Minecraft, and a bunch of other nonsense. I have used HP laptops for work for several years, so I started eyeing this one a few months ago. They finally dropped the price (slightly) so I decided to jump on it. It has been everything I hoped for and more. I had it up and running within a few minutes and was able to use Dropbox to sync all of my files from the office. The good thing is that I can now do more work from home which allows me to spend more time near my four children. The bad thing is that I no longer have an excuse to run away back to the office every night. It's a great computer and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a simple-to-use, yet powerful home computer.

I’m in love with my new all-in-one PC. Everything loads so quickly. I’m able to surf the web & play my games without lagging. The touchscreen is very convenient (when I remember it has that feature. As I am not used to having a touchscreen) I would recommend to anyone looking for an all-in-one PC.

Perfect for my grad school work and personal computing. Added an extra screen for doing research and writing. Works well.

I bought this computer open box at an unbeatable price over a year ago and it is still going strong. The graphics are beautiful and the speaker sounds incredible. So glad I purchased this.

This is a top of the line all-in-one computer. It was easy and quick to set up. I cancelled the set up and data transfer service because I had it all done in a shorts time. Performance is substantially better than the 7 year old computer that I replaced. I consider this a very good valuel.
