Another HP Happy Purchase

Returned to a 27" screen as HP Envy All In One's 34" screen is too big for everyday consulting work and reading outlook e-mail (tiny font). Three years is enough - relegated to shopping now. After Envy solid state quick start-up only way to go. Keyboard nice but mouse a bit noisy (cheaper model than Envy). About perfect except for price (as no big store/warehouse competition).

Wonderful Upgrade!

The computer itself is a great upgrade for us. The all in one style is great and saves room on our desk, both on top and under where the tower sat previously. The account set up appears to require a Microsoft account. Moving files from old computer was fast and the screen and sound is a wonderful upgrade. 4+ Stars is accurate and 5 would be fair for someone who understood the set up process better than an elderly person.

I feared that it would be difficult to readjust myself to it, but the Geek Squad set it all up for me with the apps I was most familiar with. A good decision to buy this model, and to buy it at Best Buy. And I love the reassurance that the Geek Squad will be there for me when and if I need them.
