Badly needed an upgrade from my 6 year-old laptop. Picked up this beauty and absolutely love it! The screen is *huge* and the processing is super fast. I run multiple statistical analyses software at a time, and have experienced no drag in speed. The sound quality is amazing. The picture is amazing. The speed is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

    A decent home PC

The only issue we had was when we were doing the setup. There were no onscreen instructions and the system was to a complete system scan of the PC. It was something I've never see before. Then, when it was almost finished, it couldn't read the media and complete setup. I tried to ask online questions but Microsoft and HP did not have an answer. So, I did a complete "factory restore" and it seems to be doing oo at this point. What we found out what the issue was is that it was a big possibility it was a "floor model" and someone packed it up really well to make it seem it was brand new but they forgot to do a factory reset and we saw a "username" already in the PC. Like I said, this was the only issue and things seem to be working now but that wasn't cool at all and if it was a indeed a floor model...then I was charged full price. All in all, it is fast, clear, my wife loves it. But...I was very one to taking it back.

    Huge Monitor...Overall I’m Happy

I was skeptical at first but I actually like this computer. Love the large monitor, but I wish the stand was adjustable. I had to get an extra USB port hub to eliminate moving my monitor to plug in and remove multiple flash drives in the back of the monitor. (There is a USB plug in on the side of the monitor)The camera in this computer is poor resolution. I ended up buying a better camera & mouse for my computer. The performance of the computer is great.

This computer is awesome, nice big screen, beautiful picture. The Speaker is rich and great bass. The keyboard and mouse are both wireless and top quality.Fast, efficient and beautiful picture, I watched a movie on Netflix on it, wonderful experience. Your earbuds will also pair with it. So easy to set up because it's an all in one.

I love this computer! I'm a windows kind of person but tried an Apple PC for about 3 years. It was very slow to open apps and programs like Microsoft Office. I decided to go back to Windows and took the recommendation from the computer guy at Best Buy to try it out. This computer has no lag time and is very fast. Surfing the web, gaming and watching movies is a breeze. Office and other programs load immediately! The computer looks very sleek, professional and has a wonderful sound bar on the bottom of the screen. The sound is phenomenal!

Easy to set up. Great screen size. I’m no tech person but speed meets my needs for work and pleasure use. The camera which can be opened and closed is a great feature. No need to worry that your camera may be inadvertently on.

The desktop is the best purchase I have made so far this year. I got a deal on the purchase price of this desktop during Thanksgiving. The processing speed is very fast with 10th Generation i7 processor and 16 GB RAM (can be increased up to 32 GB). I can do multiple tasks at one time. I am a statistician and data analyst. I can open and use several data analysis packages such as SAS, R and Python simultaneously on the desktop. The computer never hangs up, so far. The ultra HD screen is amazing with crisp and clear images. I have connected the 27 inch desktop to another HP 27 inch LED screen which allows me to open multiple windows at the same time. The wireless charging facility is a smart addition. The 5 MP camera is good. However, I have to switch on extra lights in my study room when the weather is not sunny and bright. I prefer to use the wireless mouse and keyboard (which comes with the desktop) and not use the touch screen much but it's good to have it. The desktop screen can be adjusted with wide view angles. There are several ports located on the back of the desktop which can be used to connect the printer, fax, scanner, USB, HDMI.

Thing is a powerhouse that handles everyday life and super surfing an gaming at once multitasking is no problem the only thing is the storage so I got a portable TB to plug in the screens huge and super responsive and clear. The mouse an keyboard are already hooked up to it when you turn it on so no taking up a port with dongle for that. Fits on a small desk ok and runs at great speeds I don't wait for anything it just pops right up when I hit enter. I think it could have a better grafics card at this price at least an AMD. But this one is sufficient for my use it hasn't bogged down yet. The only thing I don't like is it remembers all sign in info for everyone which means my fiance was able to go snooping trough my email message an files an turn mole hills into mountains. Gotta find a way to turn that crap off because anyone can just sign into my account by clicking on it an it's all filled in

The computer was extremely easy to set up. I like the size of the screen and it takes up hardly any room. It is super fast . I haven’t used everything there is on it yet but will in time. The speakers are of good quality and no external speakers are needed.

A holiday gift to myself! This very solid 2020 HP 27 inch touch all-in-one replaces my lighter 2017 Asus 24 inch touch 4k all in-in-one, also bought from Best Buy and still near perfect. My vision now requires something bigger but I worried the HP's lack of 4k would matter. No, this display is fine so I can view an entire form online without missing a thing. The sound bar at the bottom is very good for zoom calls, with easy speakers app. I love the manual popup camera for privacy, and the camera is okay for zoom but I attached an upgrade for video work. The popup camera means Windows Hello does not work, but I decided security/privacy is more important. The compact wireless keyboard and mouse are simple and solid but I plugged in a big backlit keyboard. There are lots of ports in back plus another USB port and a headphone hole off the right side, very convenient. The power button is on the front left side. 16 GB memory and 1/2 TB NVMe SSD speed both are good for my business and web needs. New (undocumented?) feature is the wireless phone charging pad built in the front base; mine charges as well as any I've used, if the battery area is placed correctly over the charging area. Little documentation is included but everything necessary is online. Both BB and HP offered good deals on extended warranties. Would buy this again.

I bought this for school use and I really like this all in one because it has all features. Touch screen, camera, mouse, wireless charger in base, and keyboard are all included. The keyboard is very sturdy but the mouse build quality could have been better, batteries are included, keyboard has no usb receiver and connects directly but the mouse requires usb to be plugged in. As for the performance, I am very satisfied. It is fast and works well with moderate gaming. Performance while browsing and watching videos are also excellent. The sound bar at the bottom has incredible sound and the colors for the monitor are also crisp. I bought a separate screen cleaner to keep my device clean and it also came with a McAfee trial. The computer is a little heavy therefore not portable but moving it from one room to another is not a hassle. The computer requires to be plugged in to be used as it is a desktop and does not have a battery like a laptop. Comes with many ports and more than enough memory storage.

I had been wanting a new desktop computer as mine was 10 years old. I did a lot of research and decided on this All-In-One. It is nice not to have a big tower in my home office. I mainly use this for storing photos and documents as well as surfing the web. The speed is good for my purposes. I love that the base is a charger. It is so convenient to lay my phone on it for a quick charge. The picture and sound quality are great for watching movies or listening to music. I am pleased with my purchase.

Large screen has fabulous color and clarity; cpu is very fast compared to my old HP desktop; love the compactness of the AIO setup; ports on the back of the monitor are inconvenient, but make it easier to manage cables; wireless keyboard and mouse easy to set up and haves performed without issues so far: nice array of apps included; McAfee anti virus software with 30 day trial included, but opted to keep my Webroot subscription. Overall, very impressed and happy with my HP Pavilion AIO so far.
