Great product- horrible service

I use it for everything for my business and for the video recording it has the best quality over WebCams. However the buying process was absolutely horrible. I applied for the credit card for this purchase and the associate put my application in before he checked if it was even in stock. So I wasn’t able to receive any benefits for my first purchase. Every time I try to contact the store or the phone number for Best Buy it’s a disaster and they contradict each other therefore giving this review four instead of five stars

I first bought the 31.5" & it was too big - like an IMAX. As usual, BB handled the 31.5 return and purchase of the 27" in an absolute grand manner. A couple of speaker/sound issues with the 27, but it seems to be settling down. I have no complaints. Best Buy has figured out what old school customer service is all about. I hope they stay the course. xxoo
