Fairly easy to set-up. Some of the instructions for add-in software were vague and had to work through the process. Not happy I had to purchase basic office software such as Word, Excel and Power Point since unit does not come with those programs, Hence the downgrade in value below.

We like the large 27" screen and how fast the computer loads when we turn it on. I have to get use to touching the screen but I use the keyboard more than touching. I didn't think I would like the smaller keyboard but I can type faster with the smaller one.

Excellent product!! Easy to set up, fast, superb picture quality . Love the compact system. Wireless keyboard and mouse work flawlessly Then touch screen is a nice feature, along w the wireless phone charger at the base. All around excellent product.

I was pleased with the purchase as I always have been. However, this time there was a glitch...My emails and data were not properly transferred although promised. I've had a problem with my Microsoft product which the Geek Squad has hopefully cleared up for the most part. Much as I am generally pleased, this has never been the case with all the previous computers I purchased from you.

I really like the features of the new HO computer. My last all-in-one only had Windows 8.1, and could get updates making it secure. This new All-In-One HP is fast and more efficient than the old one we had. The screen in large and very clear.

Pretty easy setup and easy to use. Have not had any problems, so far.

The touch screen all in HP Pavilion is great, It was very easy to set up. Really enjoying the computer. All in one is the way to go, Everything is wireless and that's what were used to. Very happy with the purchase .

Believe it or not-I have never ordered anything for Curbside pick up before! This was crazy easy and the person who brought it out was very pleasant. I really appreciated that, as it was late on the last Sunday before Christmas.

So far, so good. My only problem has been a recurring need to update the audio drivers to correct a sound problem. I hope that HP will come out with a permanent fix for this problem. Otherwise, great experience so far.

The computer has been great so far, perfect for our needs. The directions for start-up could have been a little better, maybe with a bigger diagram. It was confusing that there are two on-off switches, one for monitor only and the other for the entire computer. The monitor switch is very easy to find, the entire computer switch is harder to find.

Did the comparisons. This is the best value for the money. Love the slim design and ease of use. Also, love that it has a charging pad on the monitor base. Only had it a few weeks so hopefully, it holds up for years to come.

So far so good. Easy setup and no problems observed do far. The video camera is a little unusual in its placement and would have preferred one more built in to the unit. Also the speaker is overly large and makes the screen size deceptive. It seems however a good buy for its price.

Excellent computer. I liked everything about it until about the second week and I tried to turn it on and it would not turn on. Best Buy allowed me to return it. I have ordered a Dell but after reviewing comments and seeing that it has a WHITE keyboard and mouse, I am going to return it and will reorder this HP. I hope I do not get a dud the next time.

just what I wanted. it is the right size for me. It looks great.

We purchased this all-in-one computer for our kid. He has used it for almost a month and likes very much. Especially the large monitor (27") is good for the eye protection. It is also fast for the general use purpose.

Great computer but we had to return it as it is not good for individuals with nystagmus. Not the computers fault would love to have kept it but we just couldn't make it work for us. REGRETFULLY

Easy to use, simple to set up. Would recommend to any one.

purchased a computer and lost the receipt. speaker problems. the store was able to retrieve the receipt with my card. no problems returning the damaged one. I had a new one at my door within 2 days
