Fast processor, easy to use, was worried about the camera quality but it has been good so far. Highly recommend this PC, even if you're not looking for a touch screen. I rarely use that feature.

I got a great deal on black friday . I previously had a laptop with only 4gb of memory and it couldnt run some of my music software so 16gb gives me the memory i need to run all the music software i want.

Love this computer. Best Buy was so helpful in choosing it.The queek squad person helped by recommending what too look for in a new computer. I'm 71 and the instructions to hook up the printer made it easy.

i Think I love the computer but my original purchase came with Office 365 for $49.99 and it suddenly disappeared from my screen. When I put the order in again it was gone and they want 149.99 for the Office 365 now. That is NOT a good way to do business, my account didn't show the purchase at all and then suddenly I got a text saying it was going to be delivered. I went to the store to straighten out the Office 365 and was told I had to do it online since it was an online order. I doubt I will get a reply because usually I never hear from anyone who has a complaint but I'm old and on a fixed income and $100. is a lot to me, this computer was a splurge. I can't add any more because I need Office info.

I love my new HP All-in-One!!! The 27" screen is amazing!!! Easy set up with Geek Squad ~ they transferred all my files/info over. Lightening fast!!!

the computer works well the screen helps my old eyes see, there are a few glitches but I think it is me and not the computer, since my first computer was a pen and pencil this one is easy to use

Computer exceeded my expectations and the service at the store was amazing. I so appreciate how the staff helped us and did not make us feel like idiots when it comes to computers and programs.

I bought this all-in-one PC for my son in 6th grade who is doing remote schooling the entire year. He's extremely satisfied with the desktop. Great configuration and a sweet deal on Black Friday.

I absolutely LOVE this computer. It just works! Easily connected to wifi, easily connected to Bluetooth printer, easy to set up, beautiful screen resolution, etc etc. I’m so glad I bought it.

Great buy. Im n love with the buit in QI Wireless charger n the base. That alone is worth it! I would love it more it the webcam was automatic instead of manually having to lift it up.

Had to get a new computer as the old HP was going. Works great and was easy to set up. Love the 27" screen. Colors are really brilliant !!

this desktop is the real deal. You can do a lot with it. Lots of RAM, solid-state hard drive, all you need to add is a printer and an external optical drive and you're ready to fly.

I enjoy it very much. It is a good replacement for the old desk top I had. It is faster NS the screen is more clear. The only criticism I have is it does not have a CD drive.

great computer, love the touch screen accuracy. The wireless mouse and keyboard are nice too since they do not require a special dongle which would normally hog a USB port. I subtracted one star since I am not sure how they get away with calling it an all-in-one computer since there is no CD drive.

I bought this as a replacement for a 10 year old all in one. It is mostly used for business and video conferencing. My wife is very pleased and would recommend this to anyone.

I love this PC. I bought it on black friday for like 900$. for that price, i think its worth it. im very glad I bought it instead of a regular desktop due to my limited space.

HP keeps consolidating itself as the best hardware with this all in one PC! And it comes with Qi charging for your phone... Just great purchased!!

Great computer. Took a minute to figure out how to turn "night/dark" mode off though. Mouse occasionally needs an extra click if you don't press hard enough

Got this to use at home for personal use. We had the Geek Squad transfer everything from our old computer. It takes up less space and the video is fantastic.
