Had to make four trips @20mi. each along with repackaging. Tech. support could not fix it and needed to have it sent back. I requested a new computer in stead. So far OK.

In addition to being disappointed with the scratches on the monitor, the keyboard and mouse did not match the black monitor; the keyboard and mouse were white in color. Because of COVID coupled with my disability, I did not have the option to return it.

It does not have the memory I wanted or a disk drive. I feel as if the salesperson ordered what they thought I needed. I will be left with external drives. My last Pavilion 27" crashed at about 5 years. I lost everything, including my WD back-up. This one is too new to experience it's full functions.

No sound output after rebooting on first day

Later in the day, the sound quit working. Used HP troubleshooter and one of the later steps fixed the sound output. but next time the computer was restarted, sound went out again. Contacted HP support and they had me do complete OS reinstall. Problem fixed again until restart. HP support said to return it or send it out for repair. Figuring I got a lemon, I exchanged it for another one. Set it up and later in the day it had the same problems. I believe they have a driver problem that doesn't work with the latest Windows10 updates. Returning the second one and going to look at a Dell AIO instead. If this problem had not occurred, I would have given the AIO a 5 star rating, it looks good and ran fast.

We regret that there is a known issue with the audio drivers on this model and can certainly understand the frustration you've encountered with your device as a result. However, I would like to share the good news: we have released a solution to this problem.
