I’m happy with the purchase. I would have liked to get it a little faster but it worked out.

I chose this compute over the Dell because I liked the keyboard and mouse design better. When I set it up, the monitor was leaning to one side. The little spindle holding it up was loose and there was no way to tighten it. The bottom of the stand was closed up so no access to whatever was holding the spindle. I returned it and got the Dell.

Since purchasing, the speaker drivers reset every time I turn the system off and do not work when I turn it back on. Have spent far too much of my time on chat with HP service without any resolution. Going to reach out to Best Buy to see if they can help as HP certainly has not been able to. Unfortunately, I am certain that will come at a cost.

Overall it is an excellent value, only recommendation is the camera is not of good quality.

I bought this computer because you didn't have the Apple one in. Its fine. Im pleased with it.

I can’t seem to be able to sync audio with all programs very frustrating

My daughter enjoys it. Works well for school stuff and gaming, too.

It's been over a year, now and finally I am reviewing this item. 3 stars because, of the Sound quality, its awful. I have gotten support but no solution for the constant Bass buzzing, sound. Very, Irritating.

Use it every day for my business...no issues. Works fantastic.

The base is horrible. Top heavy, weak bottom. I don’t believe this product was well thought out. Apple has a similar computer however they took into account the heavy top.

Bought this on March 29, 21. Right after the 14th day trial, the computer froze for a long time. I tried everything until eventually I unplugged it from the wall outlet, which I never really do because it’s bad for the system, it finally turned back on. I contacted Best Buy but they were not helpful. The only thing the suggested is for me to bring in the computer into the store. First of all, I can’t carry this really big and heavy computer, plus I won’t have any help taking it back for a few more weeks. I’m stuck with what I got. I should’ve gone with my first instinct and gotten an iMac.

Charger for the cell phone don’t work very well or good

Had to reload windows twice to get it working correctly. Mouse arrived with no batteries. No printed instructions. Tried to get HP support to help, and all I get are chat bots and online help guides.

It’s a beautiful computer. But if you’re trying to run hard softwares then you’re going to fall short. It’s all fixed inside so there’s no updating anything either. So you’re kinda stuck with what you have.

Had several problems with Best Buy and this product. At first speaker did not work. Had to get a new computer, and all seems well. Just a huge inconvenience, but we got through it.

New out of the box the speakers did not work. Returned to the store for an exchange. The process was smooth and quick.

I rate this HP Computer with two stars. The majority of it's features are good to average with the exception of 'sound ". The Realtek speakers are fine however the audio drivers are crap. This makes the computer far from the worth for which it retails. The problem was brought to the attention of the manufactures at least 7 to 8 months ago and a fix has yet to be made and offered, I do not recommend the HP-Pavilion 27" Touch Screen All-in-One, It is "Over rated and Over Priced"
