Sound Bar Failure

After a getting the first one set up the sound bar crashed. All you could hear was a slight "Tinging sound" But a set of external speakers do work. After returning it for another one and getting it set up it has the very same problem!! We will be retuning it today for a different brand or model.

Come to find out that the hard drive is bad. Sent in to HP and due to COVID of course it would take 2 months to repair and then mail back to me. After many calls to Best Buy(unanswered at closest store 2 hrs away) ---Coorporate # was no help either. Finally after going full Karen and many days of calls to HP I got a gift card for nearly the same dollar amount. HP however has no computers in stock except two with the specifics that I want. So it looks like I will wait anyway. Seriously would reconsider business with either company in the future.

Terrible product and customer service

I originally bought this computer from BestBuy, it had to be returned because the display would not work. They sent me another computer. The second computer worked for a few months, then the display would get pixelated making it impossible to view. The pixelation comes and goes. Trying to get a hold of someone at HP is a nightmare. Their "customer service" directs you to a virtual assistant that does not allow you to speak to anyone.

Don’t get it

HP Pavilion All in One; Best Buy Customer Service

After speaking with multiple Best Buy "Experts," including the Geek Squad, no help or technical assistance was provided. We have ultimately requested to return the product by shipping it back to Best Buy for a refund and will order the same product through a different manufacturer and vendor. Very disappointing as this was a gift for our elderly parents. Complete waste of time and money. Will not buy from Best Buy again.

Computer failed after 17 months!!

It’s already dead!! She’s lost all of her data!! Stay away from this computer in my opinion!

Pay cash..don't charge a purchase

Keyboard quit 2 months later. Returned computer was sent a new one. Now the sound does not work after a month. I would not recommend this computer.
