Wonderful replacement for my outdated desktop. Speed is remarkable, the large touch-screen is amazing, and I look forward to using it everyday!!!

We were in need of two new office computers because our other 2-in-1's crashed. These were easy to set up, they run fast, plus the camera and speakers were perfectly. Just what we needed!

So far I am very impressed. This is my second HP all in one, first one lasted a decade and still ran well. Screen quality is excellent and it runs quick. I recommend this computer for sure.

I primarily purchased this PC because of the i7 processor and my desire to use virtuality reality with Zoom. I was easy to set up and I have had no problems or concerns to date.

I am so happy! I love the wireless keyboard and mouse, the large screen. It is quick, has a beautiful picture and the sound is great! Woukd definitely recommend this!

WOW. the screen is awesome.. The camera pops up/down so you know nobody is gonna see ya... I liked it so much I bought another one.

This was an upgrade from a Laptop and what a difference the bigger screen makes when working remotely. Only thing I would have change was the amount of hard drive space.

Very pricey in my opinion for a desktop computer, however, this computer is fantastic. I bought this for my daughter for her 12th birthday. The graphics are amazing for being a “non-gaming” computer. Everything is crystal clear, fast, and precise. While this does NOT have a CD-R drive it was very cheap to buy an external LG CD-R drive. ($23.99) I’m very happy with this purchase, and I highly recommend the Best Buy credit card as a way to purchase the computer, or any device. I like that I have 18 months no interest to pay it off, so I’m only paying principle without breaking my bank account. COVID-19 has been extremely hard on our family and we’re down to one income, but because of Best Buy’s credit services, we were able to get my daughter something wonderful for her birthday. I highly recommend not only this computer because of how fast it is, amazing graphics, and easy to use, but Best Buy was fantastic with the whole process. We will definitely buy another desktop for home office use, once we pay the first one off. If you’re going to get a desk top for a pre-teen or child, and they like playing Roblox, Minecraft, or something similar to these games, I highly suggest this computer model. It’s phenomenal for these games, and still stays extremely fast.

Computer is quick and easy to use. Clear resolution of pictures and videos. Still working on getting all needed programs and files downloaded to the system.

This computer is the best. Hand Down. Super fast processor and I love the touch screen option for my 3 year old to do ABC mouse. Amazing job HP

Good value for the money, great picture, memory, and ease of use. Cortana is a bit finicky and this model will not allow you to use Helloface, which I thought would have been super cool to use, but the screen is so large, I don't need to use my glasses anymore.

Full of surprises. Easy to use and set up. I can now view multiple documents on one screen and its very fast. Everyday I find a new option I love

Overall a really great computer so far. I wish that it had a bit more storage or maybe a second drive but otherwise no real complaints. Haven't used the touchscreen much but it seems quick to respond. Cannot seem to find camera controls for zooming in or out.

I love this computer. Its everything that i wanted and researched. the set up was easy and navigation is simple. love the touch screen and the hidden camera. I would know if there was a computer that was better for my needs unless i researched it because the best buy associate was not helpful at all or suggested any other desktops or even asked and verified if this would suit my needs. I would have been willing to pay more for anything else that would have suited my needs better however i was not given the option by best buy, the product is great but the experience buying it was a 0 star
