Great Computor was a pleasant experience I believe Best Buy needs to get act together on total tec and what it covers. You all change coverage after plan was purchased and employees not versed on coverage

This PC is a big step up from my old one. I lost many days thinking is was broken when I got it home because I did not know there was an on switch on the right hand side and the switch on the left hand side was just to control the screen settings. My memory is so bad I can not blame Best Buy.

Excellent value, size, and performance. The screen size definitely took me some time to get used to, but I highly recommend it. The computer is fast and reliable.

My new All-in-One is fantastic. Wouldn't trade it for the world.

Love it, I needed a large screen for work. and this computer was perfect.

I have very limited time on this but so far the screen and most computer functions seem great. The provided keyboard may (or may NOT) be OK. There is no manual or guide provided with it and in trying to deal with HP customer service to find out about it one learns that HP customer service is HORRID. They are unable to provide answers and request things like the serial number of the computer or keyboard where there is none anyplace that one can find on the item. They are unsure of what keyboard they provide with the item and cannot link any manuals. In process of buying another keyboard.

Now my pops don't have to wait on his celeron to get toasty. He could pop on with his face id and wonder if the gov is out to get him, but he don't have that time to think of it when booting from its fast ssd. Word.

We’ve our HP 32” all-in-one for about a month now and we love it! It has reduce the clutter of wires and opened up our desk space. The i5 is quick and the 32” screen is fantastic! Too many pros to mention here. The only con so far is that the ports are on the back. I’m sure we’ll continue to discover its features and capacity in many months to come.

Love my new computer. There was an issue at the beginning of having my device. A month into having it a darkening screen started glitching in the middle screen until it permanently took residence. I took it to Best Buy and was able to send it off to get it fixed and it now works great! I wld hv give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the issue a month into having it and the inconvenience of having to take back to get fixed.

Great graphics and sound ! I like its all self contained no need for the old tower ! Best buy geek squad came out and set it up for me !

This monitor is huge. Doesn't run quite as fast as expected.

The HP Pavilion 32" is awesome. Its all in one touch screen I love it. I Recommend this one hundred.

This was my second attempt to buy an open box and it went great because I returned my first purchase. I got this one instead and I’m so happy with this purchase. Very thankful to the guy who helped correct my first bad purchase out of the box.

The 32" screen size, quality, clarity and platform was perfect for my office. The keyboard has large letters and is light to the touch. The computer is lightening fast on all applications, installation was a breeze, the 16GM memory and 1 TB Solid State is the perfect solution at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend to everyone!
