    Purchasing this computer was great experience. The service tech was very informative. Only one problem, the keyboard was broken. I called customer service and they were very helpful. The guy gave me specific instructions on what I need to do. I hope that the people at the store show me the same courtesy.

    This is an excellent product. It was easy to set up and all the instructions were easy to follow. I really love the 32" screen. The only thing I do not care about is the very sensitive keyboard. I'm sure I'll get use to it but I have always had a keyboard that I could at least touch the keys without it reacting. Other than the keyboard, I love the product.

    HP - Pavilion 32" 4K UHD All-In-One - Intel Core i5 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Sparkling Black, contrary to the negative reviews, this computer exceeded my expectations, very good for editing in Adobe Premiere, for 1080p, excellent for netflix, hulu, and etc. This computer is fast and stable, I hope to work for many years without defect, as it's only been 3 days since I bought it and so far it has met my needs. Good Job HP.

    Little ding on the stand around the USB port. Also missing the dongle for the board and mouse, so had to purchase a new keyboard and mouse.
