I did have one problem - the microphone did not work and I had to contact HP support. They were good and ended up updating the BIOS, which I would have assumed would be up to date on a new purchase.

Something is wrong with these new models and apparently why its no longer for sale. It is slow, lags all of the time and opening a PDF takes 3-4 minutes. I am a month or 2 past my return period and GeekSquad just wants me to bring it in. Well then I am down a PC at work. Do not buy this.

Took back to Best Buy to see what they could do. After 5 days of them having it, they said it was not fixable! Ordered a totally different model…. Would not consider reordering the same unit! Do NOT purchase this product!
