It looks nice...when it isn't broken

Thought the OS was corrupt so we wiped everything and reinstalled. 2 weeks later we are back to it freezing right after boot up. Probably a faulty SSD Drive. Heard good things but after all of this I regret this purchase.

Has weird artifacting with games. I know what I’m doing with computers and this is by far the worst computer I have used and have spent hours trying to fix it on my own might try HP support now not sure.

Unreliable/disappointed

Don’t buy this computer!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My boyfriend bought this pc 3 months ago and after 1 month it started freezing up on him. He restored it multiple times and initially it would seem fixed but then go back to doing the same thing. He took it to a computer repair shop and even they couldn’t figure out the issue after replacing RAM and the hard drive. Next step is to try to return it under warranty with HP but I’m guessing they’ll try sending him the same pc which won’t fix the issue. I hope he’s not SOL on this one.

Won’t open settings
