It is nice to be able to get what I want immediate without jumping through hoops and I am also able to read an entire story instead of losing it half way through.

This is the second computer I have purchased instead of custom built in many years. The price was right and this is more than adequate for my Preteen.

Nice computer, bought it to replace my old Pavillion. Had 10 good years with the last one, am hoping for the same here. Just needed more ram and updated version.

This was purchased for a small business office so can't comment on usage outside that scope. For this purpose it is fast and has not had any issues after a few months.

So far no problems. Worked out good. Good computer for overall general use. Faster than my older one for sure.

Seems to be working as expected. I have always had good experiences with HP computers and expect no less from this one.

Having VGA and HDMI ports is a good thing. Plenty of RAM for what i use it for. No one has been able to tell me how you get the touted 5.1 surround sound out of a single audio out port? Case is pretty small doubt if you can do much upgrading in there. Otherwise would be an excellent choice for basic computing needs. You would probably want to get a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to keep 2 USB ports free for older hardware.

Replacement desk top. Was easy to setup and get hooked up with various devices and the internet.

Have had this PC for just over a month. Handles all web surfing, email and school work well. Nice PC for the price I paid <$400

This was a very good price and a great computer.. I am still trying to figure out how to register the computer, monitor, and the extended warranty..

This was a very simple computer to setup. My prior computer was about 10 years old, so this one is remarkably faster, I recommend, great value for price.

Windows 10 takes some getting used to after 10 years of VISTA but I am starting to really like it. As always I got a great price at Best Buy!

This computer starts up fast and was easy to set up and use. It has lots of storage space for photos and videos, which I was looking for.

So far, I am enjoying the HP desktop computer. It is faster and has lots of storage. I didn't like the keyboard that came with it, too small.

I am enjoying my new computer. It is a litlle bit slower than my former one, however, it has a lot more storage space.

So far this machine has been a great buy. I was anxious to try out the Ryzen processor and this hasn't disappointed.

Pros: Compact case Comes with HDMI USB Type-C port Ample RAM Optical (DVD) drive Cons: Mediocre gaming performance Seemingly no microphone (even though the computer kept encouraging me to talk to it during setup). I haven't used an AMD machine since the early 2000s. I've been hearing great things about Ryzen, and I was very eager to try this computer for myself. All in all, I found this to be a very solid computer. Not exceptional, but not half bad either. Setup went fairly smoothly. It was a fairly typical Windows 10 setup. I did find it a little odd that the computer kept prompting that I could speak my responses to it when it seemingly doesn't have a mic. I was two inches away from the tower and screaming my lungs out, and I got no reaction whatsoever. Aside from that, setup was uneventful. Word of advice for anyone getting this machine: Run Windows Update right away and let it run without interruption for a day or two. My tower was apparently boxed up before the last big Windows update (the Spring / Fall / Creator's / "?" thing). The computer ran as slow as molasses the first two days I had it because of all the updates downloading in the background. I finally just let the computer run overnight without interruption, and it was like night and day the next morning. Performance improved significantly. This computer handles basic media very well. Netflix, Hulu, local video, Spotify, . . . etc. all play very well. Video games, were a little more "eh." I tried playing my current MMORPG of choice at the highest settings, and the computer couldn't keep up. I had stuttering, dropped frame rates, and general instability. Dropping the graphics settings to medium and/or low seems to have fixed the issue. It should be noted that this tower doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Adding one would probably improve the game performance immensely. If you're looking for a computer to hook up to your TV for streaming media, word processing, and light photo editing; then this is an excellent choice. If you're looking for a gaming beast, then you should probably look elsewhere unless you're willing to invest in a graphics card too.

I was generous when I gave it 1 star for the product. I took out of the box and was impressed with the size of the computer and how quiet it ran, but about 10 minutes later it was rebooting for a video error. Ok, maybe it is a single time. Wrong, it rebooted 7 times over the course of the evening, once this morning so I boxed it up and took it back to the store. They were great, I just wish the product was.
