This new desktop is so much smaller and easier to use. It is quicker and has many more features that make it a pleasure to use. From off to on is now seconds and the program you wish to use is ready to open and use. I love it and am happy that I upgraded to this new model.

Very nice desktop-great capacity-1tb; lots of RAM-12gb; lots of ports; great speed-3.6gh. The only thing I'm not fond of is the verticle optical drive-prefer a horizontal dvd-rw burner instead.

This CPU is pretty good so far I am not at all disappointed. The HP AMD Ryzen 5 series 12GB memory-1TB hard drive is built to do what I need and some. Still getting into it but so far so good.

I like this small PC, good for web browsing and 4K content. Only the upgrade-ability is bad, what you can upgrade are memory and storage. No power leads for a graphic card or a way of upgrading power supply (proprietary motherboard). The M.2 slot is missing a mounting screw, good luck with looking for a new one.

bought as open box at local best buy, got it for an amazing price. computer has met all expectations and exceeded many of them. very fast with day to day tasks, while also being able to do some light gaming. I am not a very tech savvy person when it comes to technical specs, but we came from dell pc with intel i3 and 8 gb ram. new hp pc is like night and day when comparing the 2. new amd processor is able to handle anything we throw at it without ever bogging down. would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a beast of a machine, without breaking the bank. well done hp

I was hesitant at first when comparing Intel- I4 and I5 processor to the AMD Ryzen but after reading up on the Ryzen and checking reviews I decided to give it a go. GOOD CHOICE the unit is quiet and the speed and efficiency is very good. Plenty of Ram and hard drive space for future updates too. Best Buy had the best price and I found a new monitor on sale while at the store.

I have several HP Pavilion's in my office. This is the first one I have purchased with an AMD processor. I purchased this one for my use in the office. I am very happy with the computer. Setup was quick and easy. Wireless setup on my network was seamless with no problems as was wireless connection to my HP Laser Printer. I use the computer primarily for word processing, spreadsheets, powerpoint presentations, email, web research, and watching professional educational video presentations. The computer handles everything with no problems. I am pleased with this computer and recommend it without hesitation.

This tower has the speed and memory to run my graphic design software as I multitask with other work . Al so, it is an excellent purchase for those game fanatics!

Great value for your money since i bought over labor day sales. Fast and plenty of dram and data storage for my usage. Easy to start up and get mildly proficient.

I purchased this computer after lengthy research. I was impressed with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor. I upgraded the memory to 16 Gig. My plan was to install a dedicated Graphics card. I discovered that the Power Supply (180 watts) could not handle the graphics card so I purchased a more powerful PS. Turned out that the power supply in the computer is the slimline and a standard PS will not fit. After looking online for answers I discovered that the HP has a proprietary motherboard and a stronger power supply would not work, anyway. The fifteen day return policy had already passed so I could not return the computer. Hopefully, the integrated graphics will do what I want which is flight simulation.

This machine performed better than I expected. Based on what I will use it for, it is a very good, solid overall machine. If you primarily use email, surf the internet, occasionally use MS Office products, play some games, music and video, then this machine is a great fit. It is not my primary machine and I wouldn't use it for anything that requires processor intensive activity. Also the graphics are average at best. But as a home machine that sees moderate use, it is a great machine.

Love the size, lack of noise, and speed of this desktop. I would consider myself a basic user and do not do a lot of gaming.

Easiest setup I think I've ever done. Plenty memory for what I need and seems to be faster than others I have owned.

I thought it wouldn't be capable of handling my needs but this PC has surpassed my expectations. Does get a slight bit laggy under heavy load but that is expected. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful PC at entry level price. Definitely better that 90% of mid level PC for entry level price.
